Bismillah - if you cannot read Arabic language, you will need ''transliteration'' on the page along with the language you do know. So, there are many Qurans in English, that is to say, many that have the Arabic text and an English translation of the meaning, plus English letters that give you the sound of the Arabic of the Quran. This will allow you to learn to recite the actual words, as the Quran is in Arabic only. You should learn to recite in Arabic and understand what you are saying.
