Don’t have to be a senior to find your body has become limited and need a gentle way to recover as much as possible. Very grateful to find these good instructive videos by Mike ❤
I’m only 28 but I’ve been chronically ill for the last few years and getting my strength back has been a nightmare. I tried this video out this morning on a whim and it feels SO GOOD to do a light workout and not have to worry about overexerting my body. Thank you for being clear, concise, and encouraging! :)

I'm 81. Mike! You are the only one online who stresses the importance of engaging the bellybutton toward the spine. It REALLY MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE. I can't thank you enough. I have been able to sleep through the entire night without using the restroom! Just one week of this regiment. I am recommending you to all my friends! Carpe Diem!!!!

I can do almost 10 minutes. The longer ones are hard because of the length. Thank you for thinking of us elderly

I'm so glad your channel came up in my feed. I'm 64 and feeling completely run down. Even sitting straight up let me know that my posture is trash. This is excellent. Back in the day (the Stone Ages) I lived a physical life. I was a high school and college athlete, served in the Army and eventually competed in long distance running(5k, 10k, marathons, etc). Unfortunately I maintained that warrior mentality and pushed myself beyond the limits a 70 year old should. I’ve paid the price for my stupidity. This video puts things in perspective for me so that I can acknowledge my body’s limitations.

I am 68 years old and for fist time I hurt my upper arms by becoming instant gardener and carpetner as soon as I moved in the house. For a month and a half I worked eagerly every day until that night when sharp pain in my upper arm woke me up. I could not move the arm.... The difference between you and me is that I never worked physically that hard. So must be the stage I happend to be at the present time. I do feel sorry for me, you and anyone that must go through such a pain. The good thing is that I am enjoying the outcome of my effort, but will not do it insuch a speedy msnner Ever... Thank God we have Mike to help us. I only hope he lives close...
Thank you for showing some low impact core exercises. I have bad knees, back, and feet. Many core exercises are impossible for me to do without injuring myself further. This will help me strengthen my core so I have more options for weight loss in the future.

This was a perfect workout to keep me in shape while recuperating from foot surgery. The directions are clear. The pace is good for me, and I don’t feel like I’m just sitting all day. Just discovered this and the Chair Exercises for Seniors. Looking forward to doing these at least once a day.

You are so easy to follow and I love your explanations, the breathing and encouragement. I am trying all the exercises you posted. But my core is really weak and I hate to exercise on the floor.

I love Mike. I am 73-years-old and have been using his videos off and on for months. It's so easy to do and he is so easy to understand and follow. His good looks and accent are an added bonus. I encourage ANY Senior to try these. I hate to admit it, but doing these exercises has greatly diminished my bursitis, my arthritis in my right shoulder, and many other aches and pains I had from being an old couch potato. I am recommending him to everyone I know, my age or not. For younger folks, these are a super way to ease into more exacting exercises. I am SO glad I found this site. I LOVE IT! I would love to buy the videos. Are these available in DVD?

I found your channel today and really enjoyed this routine. I found it challenging without being exhausting.
I am 83 and covid has helped me to gain weight as the only thing there is to do is eat. This is very good for my core. 🙏

I am a 93 year old with chronic back ache. Dr. suggested swimming to strengthen core but that very difficult for me. I have been doing this exercise for a couple of weeks now and back pain starting to diminish. Thank you!

I'm 63 and find these exercises quite easy except for the cycling one. I'm going to do this every day. Or twice a day if I can. Due to not being able walk, I need to find ways to keep my core muscles strong. Thanks.

Tried this to-day always feel a bit wairy as have oesteoperosis in my back so always trying to protect it incase it goes but also want better core muscles. Thank you did this one to-day though.
