20 gauge silver plated wire - amzn.to/3vP4EFu
20 gauge antique copper wire - amzn.to/3BncsQa

If one more person asks me, "Why the glue???" It locks in and covers the sharp ends in case they weren't tucked perfectly, it stabilizes the stone so it doesn't wiggle if the wire isn't tight enough, it adds strength so the whole ring is less likely to unravel if not wrapped tight enough. You can make rings without it but it's just a little extra.
I love how every video make a point to say not to give up and mistakes is a good thing a learning moment. Very inspiring so happy I found your channel

This was like the first ever video I ever watched of Matt’s Crazy Art, and that’s actually how I fell in Love with wirework jewelry. Thanks so much Matt!!😄😄😄
You are a talented and articulate teacher, Matt. Thank you for sharing your gift.
Go Matt! Go Matt!! Your art ain't so crazy now - it's serious!! Thanks for all the tips and footage. I am going to use this one!
Your laid back enjoyment of your craft mirrors mine as it is relaxing and is a go to and creative hobby for me despite nerve damage from a broken wrist years ago. Unique and fun, friends and family have enjoyed these when gifted one.
Thanks Matt. First timer here, but got so interested upon watching how you teach it.
I like your piece of advise about make thousands of mistakes..very inspiring. Thanks for the ideas of making the rings, very helpful tutorials.
Thanks Matt, you add levity to teaching. Thank you for sharing your tips and tricks!
Hi Matt! I learn so much from your videos. You know, if you wet your finger before swiping the E6000, it doesn't stick to your finger. You can keep a wet sponge handy for that, but I just lick my finger. I use this glue all the time. 😊

Don't lick it afterwards
Thanks Matt! You are a Star! Now I can use all the gold wire I've had since forever.
Just found you and never thought it would be possible for me to make rings ,BUT you have just have me thinken I CAN ! Thanks and I'll be fowling "U"
You are a great instructor. We all need encouragement and must try things. Many defeat themselves because they don’t even try. Thanks for sharing your knowledge.
Dude!! You are fricking awesome!! Thank you so much for sharing your skills!! I have a ton of wire to do this but after a few attempts I kinda put it to the side..TODAY I wire!!! Thank you!!!
Hi Matt ! I am so happy that you share your knowledge with all of us , and I love how calm you are when you explain. Thank you so much.
I just found your videos and just wanted to say you are my new favorite to watch and learn from! You are an excellent teacher and I love your style and the ease that you put the watcher in. Lime it’s ok to mess up as that is how you learn. That was a very powerful lesson for me as I tend to just paralyze and not try because I don’t want to mess up. You are so talented! Thank you for enriching my life with your crafty wisdom what a beautiful gift!
Matt, you are totally a hoot! Love your sense of humor - love your sense of design!!
How did I miss this video a yr ago! I've seen some that are a bit similar, but your technique and style is much better. I love the way the rings look and the simple yet creative touches are very nice. I would love to make one for myself, maby a few lol. Thank You for sharing, your very innovative.
I've never considered anything with wire but seeing your videos makes me reconsider. You're also very engaging and made me laugh several times. Not to mention the rings you make are lovely. Thanks for sharing your million dollar advise 😀
You're amazing, so much versatility; you are my go to tutor for my new endeavor. Hands down the best demonstrations
I love you Matt!! You're so funny, and you really know what you're doing too!! I love your enthusiasm and creativity. Thanks for sharing your crafty tips with us girls!! Lol 💖🌸😊
I love your tutorials. To harden my rings I use a metal mandrel with a nylon hammer. It does not flatten the metal and the ring will not bend under pressure. I have used 24 gauge wire to make rings, and after I hammer them they are very sturdy and have not bent or warped.

Agree, but only the solid ones, not the ones with ridges down the sides. This is the best... www.amazon.com/dp/B08Z2TVNCG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_Q048QEK7MCN4JD7XJJ7Y

People wear rings on different fingers. It's been my experience if they like it, they make it work. Beautiful work. Thanks.

Nice. I really dig these cannot wait t check out other videos. I don’t have a mandrel so I’ve been using my barrel curl iron rod. Lol works the exact same I just use my own rings on it as a size guide. Like a charm lol
Matt, you are the bomb, man! I just wanted to tell you when you said you stole your anvil, I got several very useful metal working tools that help with my wirework included in a body fender kit that I purchased at Harbor Freight and it was very cheap on sale. We don't want to have to bail you out!
Love love love you! Straight to the point I’ll use a lil more finesse, but you’re an awesome teacher! You have a fan!

Just starting out I can't afford to put my rubies and sapphires that was left to me. So this the next best thing. You make it look easy and now a new hobby. I'm sold and thank you.

Hey, Matt! Kudos to you on your "Just Go Ahead And Do It" approach. I have wanted to make jewelry for a while now, but was intimidated because I bought books that listed materials that were expensive and instructions that assumed you knew something about it already. Then a watched a few of your videos, and realized I can just go ahead with the few materials I have for a start. Amazing revelation! After I finish my coffee I am going to take a look at the supplies I have and I bet I will be able to make some stuff. Thank you and be well.

The last ring, gorgeous!
Love these, have always wanted to give a go at making something like this. I never wear rings because of my knuckles even though I could get them resized. Weird and different is good, beats the generic cookie cutter hands down :)
So pretty, love watching you create such lovely pieces.
I find it very beautiful the way you do. The 1st ring and the second 2 the green and the brown very nice. The blue could have been a pity that it failed .. Find it very special that a man can do this. I would also like to learn. Thank you for this video.
Love the stones and your designs!!
Matt i loved both youtube sessions you had on simple rings they were great.k
I have been thinking about opening up shop again and needed some inspiration. thank you for sharing your skills!
Thank you very much for sharing your beautiful art work... I will be trying out this out and hope I will get as good as you. Thank you again Rosesjewelz
You're so funny. Thank you for these Million Dollar Secrets and tutorials. You're a gem
Thank you. You are generous and talented.
Love this, a great way to use up all my beads!
Love love love your videos, you’re a great teacher
I never thought about the importance and benefit to making adjustable rings until I wanted to make one for my sister. She has osteoarthritis and can’t get a regular ring over her knuckles. It’s a good selling point.
That last ring in particular is so good, wow. Love to try my hand at something like this. Off to the craft shop! ❤
Hi Matt!! As a self taught artist I too make wire wrapped gem rings, adjustable wire snake rings, adjustable spiral rings, and wire woven rings. I really loved seeing your tips and tricks especially the part about E600. I never knew to do that. I really loved seeing your disc rings and your gem spiral ring. I'm going to have to try making them. Speaking of not being afraid to make mistakes. Yesterday I tried wire wrapping a black agate with orange druzy oval stone in 18 gauge raw copper wire. Boy I failed big time. Lol. But the way I took it apart it came out to be a spiraled scarf pin. I just have to tweak the end that's the stick part and hammer it and then I'll have my 1st scarf pin. So yes as I've heard from other artists too including you SOMETIMES MISTAKES ARE THE BEST THING TO HAPPEN TO YOU!! You are such a superb teacher. Thanks so much for sharing your mad skills with us. Please don't ever stop making videos and live shows. You're so awesome and funny and super talented. So a big thank you!! Sorry so long but just wanted to let you know about my mistake since you brought up about not being afraid to make mistakes. Much love Melissa Doucette from Florida (p.s. I'm the 1 who was in my 1st live chat 2 days ago when you did the unboxing video and wore the infinity scarf on your head and kept singing away with your new Aaron Neville dude). Lol. 😆😆💜💜

Matt , Thank you for posting .. it helps the creative mind !! Cheers !!
You know I failed to mention that I do make jewelry, been making it for awhile now. I do make some rings in a similar way, I've never tried it with the chips or cut stone so that's pretty cool. We make hair pins/ sticks in a similar way as well. Matt are we on the same wavelength 😂. Seriously tho I've been watching your vids lately and your too funny, good sence of humor. Stay crazy 😎.
Really like to watch and learn from your videos!
