Coconut chia pudding...
INGREDIENTS
1 can coconut milk
¼ cup chia seeds
METHOD
1. Combine both ingredients in a jar and shake until well combined.
2. Let sit in the fridge for two hours. Check on it and maybe shake it again.
3. Scoop out some of the pudding into a bowl and serve with fruit, granola, maple syrup or whatever topping suits you.
Mango Sorbet...
INGREDIENTS
2 cups frozen mango
A few splashes of orange juice
METHOD
1. Blend both ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth, adding in as much OJ as you need to obtain your preferred consistency.
2. Top with coconut flakes, fruit, granola, or anything you like.
Simple Fresh Pasta...
INGREDIENTS
1 package of spaghetti noodles
A tray of cherry or grape tomatoes (or small regular tomatoes)
4 cloves of garlic, minced or pressed
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup fresh basil, chopped
METHOD
1. Boil noodles according to package and set aside.
2. Roast tomatoes for about 10 minutes at 400 degrees F, or until juice and bursting. Set aside.
3. Sauté garlic in oil on medium heat until lightly browned.
4. Add roasted tomatoes, smashing about half the tomatoes to get out the juices.
5. Add cooked noodles and combine to coat them with sauce.
6. Stir in fresh basil.
7. Top with balsamic glaze and kalamata olives.
Green PB Smoothie...
INGREDIENTS
1 stick celery
Handful of greens
1-2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp flax seeds
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp soaked chia seeds
1 tbsp barley grass juice powder
4-5 frozen bananas
Enough water to blend
METHOD
1. Blend!
Peanut Noodles...
INGREDIENTS
For the sauce:
½ cup peanut butter
½ cup water
¼ cup soy sauce
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp lime juice (one lime)
3 tbsp pure maple syrup
1 tsp Sriracha
For the rest:
1 package of pad thai noodles (about 8 oz)
1 cup cabbage, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 package of extra-firm tofu, cubed
1 tbsp coconut aminos
METHOD
1. Cook noodles according to package and set aside.
2. Blend sauce ingredients.
3. Sauté veggies and tofu in coconut aminos for about 4 minutes.
4. Add sauce and noodles to the pan. Stir to combine.
Layered Bean Dip...
INGREDIENTS
1 can fat free refried beans
1-2 avocados
Some garlic powder
Some salt
Some lime juice
1 cup cashews
½ cup water
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Salt to taste
Some lettuce, chopped
Some cilantro, chopped
Some green onion, chopped
Some pico de gallo
METHOD
1. Heat up beans.
2. Mash and mix guac ingredients.
3. Blend cashew sour cream ingredients until super smooth.
4. Layer that dip!

    Her hair looks like it is falling out lol. This retarded diet is going to kill her for sure, I pray that her baby does not suffer an ill effects from it. The baby at least will get breast milk which is better than any of the crap Hannah is eating.

    I do watch Ellen Fisher but not for her food videos. I like them cause they don't tell their audience "stop eating what you eat and do what we do", they just live. They see someone like me substituting 1 or 2 meals and applaud my efforts, while you immediately think by saying something is unhealthy will make me stop giving my family nutritional meals that we can afford? Being vegan looks great, but in certain areas in the world it's an extremely privileged way of life.

    During both my pregnancies I had this weird aversions to specific meats. Like raw meat was terrible and chicken smelled and tasted like the smell of burning plastic (not exaggerating it was bad) but I craved organ meats and blood(might be graphic to some but it's part of my heritage to eat those parts so it's not strange for me though, I understand it is to those who grew up in a different cultural setting) intensely. My aversions were to all vegetable and fruit. I'd throw up so bad when I'd try to eat them it was really hard because I had gone plant based because I always enjoyed vegetables but not so much when pregnant, apparently😬 The body is strange but knows what it's doing better than we may give it credit. "Pick up Limes" is a very nice plant based KZread channel to check out for more food inspiration. "Simmnet Nutrition" is incredible too! These channels seem to be more interested in the potential health benefits and concern for animal welfare than arguing dogma.

    I love how positive you are! I have been vegan for 20 years and was born into a vegetarian family. Found when I decided to have children, peanut butter, high fat, and garlic was the worst thing I could do for reflux along with sugary foods. It definitely was a balancing act but eating 6 small meals a day with variety was my relief. I hope you have a beautiful pregnancy and sending positive vibes to you, baby and those helping you along your journey. 🌻

    I did the Acid Watcher diet to control my heartburn in pregnancy and it was so helpful! Minor tweaks to make it vegan. Also.... so true about hunger in pregnancy.... it’s a beast unlike anything else!!

    I love that you are eating intuitively while pregnant! Pregnancy hunger is a real thing and it’s amazing/frustrating lol I’m 40 weeks 1 day prego and I have never eaten more in my entire life! Luckily I’ve only gained 7 pounds throughout this journey, but I eat like a linebacker! You got this mama, I’m so happy for you!!

    Oh my gosh, your recipes come at the perfect time ( no, I’m not pregnant. I’m 57, so that would be kind of a miracle 🤣). My hubby and I recently (about 6 months now) have been eating a mostly plant based diet. With summer at our front door, I just don’t feel much like cooking.     I have been watching Ellen since Elvis was a little boy...to now following you and your pregnancy journey (and obviously ellen's other 3 kiddos) it has been such a pleasure watching you all grow.     Totally needing more protein and fats even for breakfast. I used to munch on fruits all morning, can't do that anymore. I get nauseous with my regular non pregnant breakfasts.

    Kitea literally even the world health organization has said it’s totally fine and even healthy to be vegan, and it’s pretty much common knowledge that meat is not necessary for humans

    Isabel Culleton I know this has nothing to do with your question but I’m from Germany and showing your kids online is a really controverse thing to do here. Lots of people are being shamed for exposing their children on social media because these children don’t have a say if they want that content online and shown to the world or not. They’ll grow up to aaaaall their ups and downs being exposed for the world to see. So I really appreciate that this is a topic being discussed in the US as well :)

    “Pregnancy hunger is like no other hunger”. YESSSSSS, I was not prepared for that and honestly that was one of the hardest parts about my vegan pregnancy. Also, acid reflux - a spoonful of chia seeds is SO helpful!

    eating some oil, more fats and gluten is okay, you dont regularly eat them, and thats okay and up to you, but youre not in your regular body right now. youre growing a complete human inside of you! thats so so so amazing! go easy on yourself with what you add back into your diet or exclude from it while pregnant! love you so much, so happy for you and your little growing family❤️

    Omg how is your hair so healthy looking. It always looks super clean, shiny and healthy. I wash my hair often but I feel like it could look healthier. Any tips. Plus your skin looks so healthy.     Jacket potatos with baked beans and cheese got me through the last couple of months being pregnant. Carbs, protein and fats in one easy meal. Keep safe and well 🌟

    Getting adjusted at the chiro saved me from bad acid reflux while pregnant. I suffered so badly when pregnant with my twins. But after finding the chiro to help with low back pain in my subsequent pregnancies I also let them know my acid reflux was out of control and after a few visits it was gone!! May be worth looking into!

    Hello hannah,i watch ellen's newest video right now.i can highly recomend that.get help from your husband and get alot of rest,even now,when you are pregnant. I was always lonely when i had my kids (14 and 17 years),my husband did not help me much with the first child.when i had the second child,he didn't help at all. when people came to visit,they mostly just kept telling me what i did wrong.actually,they never brought anything to eat or never helped, etc.ellen's video is really good,i wish i had the information 17 years earlier.i remember i always cried alot, because everything was too much.especially after i had the second child,i needed to look after both,it was very hard.my parents tried to help,but sadly,they don't live close to us.they helped me the first 6 weeks cause i stayed with them,i was so thankfull and still am for this very precious time I love your video.besides you are a girl still.... a big girl🥰wish you all the best for you and your baby🥰❤🌻

    I really hope your child or hers doesn't suffer from health problems or delays. Raising vegan children is asking for problems. Lots of vegan children are prone to failure to thrive. They don't look healthy. Kids need animal protein and animal fat. Raising your children on a man- made diet that hasn't been around all that long, that permanently requires supplements. Not all that smart.

    No offense, but do you see this lady? Is there anything vibrantly healthy looking about her..the tired eyes with HUGE bags, premature aging, she does not look healthy. Pregnant woman usually glow. I don't know how old she is but she looks 45-50 years old and I know she's not that old yet. She's skinny and in shape, but that says absolutely nothing about how healthy someone actually is. We are obligate carnivores. Please do not force this diet on your children.

    Pro tip for acid reflux during pregnancy: sugar free gum. My gum of choice is Orbit Bubblemint - it's vegan, delicious and truly does help soooo much. Tums does NOT work for me, and at first cutting out acidic foods, making meals small, etc was helping... But the reflux only gets worse, and now at 8 months pregnant it happens regardless of what I eat. Gum is the only thing that has worked for me. 💞

    During my pregnancies, I craved fruit, curry and lime juice on everything. I couldn't drink decaf coffee, and the smell made me nauseous. And, I didn't have to use deodorant.

    I take HCL for acid reflux and it SAVES me. I'm pregnant too, and it's the only time I struggle with it. It's gnarly.

    When I’m pregnant I can’t stop eating nut butters! Peanut butter, sunflower butter... I crave it so much. I also weirdly crave frozen fruit/frozen vegetables.

    Tip for the peanut noodles: soak the rice noodles in hot (not boiling, but really hot) water for 10 minutes instead of boiling them. Then when you add them to the pan with the sauce, they won’t be mushy or fall apart and they’ll cook a bit more in the sauce and absorb some of it! Super delicious this way, and the noodles have slightly more firmness and bite, which I personally prefer over the softer boiled rice noodles. I used to boil mine but after trying peanut noodles with soaked noodles rather than boiled noodles, I’m never going back!

    If you have not already done so, I would suggest checking out the nuts and Trader Joe's if there is one near you. They are not super expensive, but good quality (especially the almonds).

    Peanut butter with (non-white) bread and rice with beans are both plant based protein combos that give you all of the essential amino acids you need! You don’t need to consume these in the same meal as long as you’re getting all of the essential amino acids throughout the day

    Every pregnancy is different for sure. My 1st one could eat anything with my 2nd I've been vomiting for ever day-and-night. Finally, enjoy food. I love eating bread special in the morning and salads I can't get enough veggies with this one.

    Try papaya enzymes for reflux. They saved me during my 3rd and 4th pregnancy with reflux. Loved this video

    Try heating up peanut butter in a bowl for 45 seconds and mix in medium sized chopped apple pieces. So good.

    I’m pregnant and still breastfeeding like crazy... and this hunger is even more ravenous than just preggo hunger. So I can understand you, girl! Also, this vid made me sooo damn hungry, but I just woke up and my body feels like 🤢 now, this is injustice
