Nice mods I just put a set of 28/12/12 super swampers made it a lot bigger and them wheel spacers are going to hurt your axle and diff bearings mine tore up after a year of them so beware

Nice vid thanks. I note the front plastic Honda guard is split. I’ve just bought a used 420 and it has the same split straight down the middle. Is this a common thing with 420’s? On researching the 420 before buying I saw others on line with the same issue? Any idea what causes this ? Thanks.

Joolz Lloyd they usually split once you hit something or push something. That’s what happened to mind and I believe that’s the deal with most of them

2 inch with stock wheels would sit you out about as wide as mine but with aftermarket wheels it would be wider. I like 2 inch it stays planted on the ground good and you can still fit through the woods with ease. I would recommend 2inch for performance but 2 1/2 for looks.

Wheel spacers will ruin the bearing

Hey Jared don't know if you remember me. I was at dirt nasty with you 1 time on a red foreman 500. Also had a black 250ex and a green 350 rancher. I got a 420 and was wondering about pipes. Im debating a big gun eco/evo or a hmf slip on. Most say you need a tuner or it'll be really lean and some guys say there's no difference In power. What's the slip on do for yours? Also gonna add this to my question, what about o2 sensors. How does it work witha. Slip on?

I remember you man. I had a big gun exhaust on an Arctic cat dvx400 I had before and it sounded amazing but the HMF sounds good as well. I have a quiet core in mine right now which I love. Mine runs great without a tuner and the power isn’t much different just feels faster because it’s loud. With a slip on it basically just slips on lol so no worries with the O2 sensor at least on mine there wasn’t
