I love how flavorful Kale is. I think a lot of folks miss out on the deliciousness because of the general idea that kale is "healthy" (read as "gross"). Mixed with the right flavors that compliment the taste you can really have a bold palette of flavors! Gonna have to try this one. Thanks!

I try not to use oil. What would you substitute for the oil?
