Simple Japanese Beef Ramen

Delicious Japanese Ramen couldn't be easier to make learn how to make this delicious dish in Rm2kdev's kitchen!
Ingredients:
2 Cups Water
2 Beef Stock Cubes
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Medium Sized Scotch Fillet Steak
1 Tbsp Salt
1 Tbsp Black Pepper
1/2 Onion
1 Tbsp Garlic
1/2 Tsp Ginger
1 Tsp Chilli
1/4 Cup Japanese BBQ Sauce
1 Cup Ramen Noodles
1 Spring Onion to Garnish
For anyone who’s interested the Japanese BBQ Sauce i used is called “ebara yakiniku no tare” which i found at a local Asian grocery store however it looks like it is very popular so if you ask for it at an asian grocery store I'm sure you’ll be able to find this or something similar.

    I had made homemade beef bone broth soup and frozen some. Was craving ramen so I'm gonna try this recipe. I don't have beef on hand, so I'm gonna use a Turkish Sucuk beef sausage instead.

    Crayon Hobo We'll Japanese people would shoot me for saying it but get yourself some instant ramen noodle packs $0.50c each ;) throw out the sauce packages and use those its still delicious :) otherwise find legit ramen noodles or make your own. and thanks :P

ANyway in answer to your question my noodles took 5 minutes they were from a packet of pre-cooked ones but if you have fresh noodles or dried cook it like pasta 5~10minutes and test for softness :) then add minutes as needed :)

    The Imperatoor Smash the garlic clove with side of the knife. Take of the «shell» and fine cut until paste..

    You can do that too :) take out the onions, throw in more garlic drop of sake boom done :P great thing about ramen... its like pizza to the Japanese. you can throw whatever you want in it basically :P

    Another game dev living on ramen noodles I see!!!! Btw instead of beef broth you can make a nice veggie broth in an instapot using onions, garlic, mushrooms, salt, pepper, carrots, celery. cook for 15-20 minutes-ish. It's healthier than powder beef buillion

    I really love sharpening my knives its relaxing and rewarding. But also this knife really does suck i have a cheaper knife cost me $4 from one of those Asian grocery stores "kiwi brand" I'm not even sure what steel its made of.... best knife ever. this Wusthof in Australia cost me like $100+ it never maintains its edge even when i treat it well, its thick and fat even with a nice edge it performs poorly in contrast.

    rm2kdev When it comes to kitchen knives i always buy Japanese. They seem to preform much better than anything else i've used in the kitchen.. except for my old hickory butcher knife. Sometimes you can't beat old trusty.
