Amazing recipe I can’t get enough of it!
That looks delicious! I'm so hungry now :) One suggestion to these cooking videos. If you could add an ingredients list to the description that would be super helpful. That way we don't have to keep panning through the video.

Nice 👍
Wow!
What brand of noodles did you buy?
***** sorry dude your comments dont have a reply button under them not sure why! ANyway in answer to your question my noodles took 5 minutes they were from a packet of pre-cooked ones but if you have fresh noodles or dried cook it like pasta 5~10minutes and test for softness :) then add minutes as needed :)

Why the soup so dark? The beef stock that we use cant make such dark soup. Is it special Japanese beef stock?
Ehehehehehe... I'm sorry but that "start a small fire" just got me for some reason ;D I'm looking for tips on the beef ramen I am going to make tomorrow. Anyway, time to watch the rest of the video, I just thought that was giggle-worthy.
Do you only add the beef cubes on the water?
Can mushrooms be added to the onion mixture ?
Does this have a strong beef flavor?
bravo bravistio
tasty
what is japanese bbq saucez
Thank you for this great dish!
in description it says ramen noodles, kind of specific no? u keep say noodles all the time yet i havent heard what is the kind you used.
I would love to try that, but I don't like onions at all :D I have seen lots of recipes where people are adding sake to their ramen, does sake makes it's taste better?
@rm2kdev
6 жыл бұрын
You can do that too :) take out the onions, throw in more garlic drop of sake boom done :P great thing about ramen... its like pizza to the Japanese. you can throw whatever you want in it basically :P

This looks really good, I may try this sometime instead of buying ramen at the store x3 Mom: Ok what do you want to make with me this week for dinner? Me: RAMEN! Mom: That doesn't really count... Me: No I mean REAL ramen. Mom: Ooooo let's try it!
Looks Delish Yo!!!
Nice, an Australian!
So...what kind of noodles are those? Seems like sort of an important detail to leave out.

Another game dev living on ramen noodles I see!!!! Btw instead of beef broth you can make a nice veggie broth in an instapot using onions, garlic, mushrooms, salt, pepper, carrots, celery. cook for 15-20 minutes-ish. It's healthier than powder beef buillion

I really love sharpening my knives its relaxing and rewarding. But also this knife really does suck i have a cheaper knife cost me $4 from one of those Asian grocery stores "kiwi brand" I'm not even sure what steel its made of.... best knife ever. this Wusthof in Australia cost me like $100+ it never maintains its edge even when i treat it well, its thick and fat even with a nice edge it performs poorly in contrast.

rm2kdev When it comes to kitchen knives i always buy Japanese. They seem to preform much better than anything else i've used in the kitchen.. except for my old hickory butcher knife. Sometimes you can't beat old trusty.
This not Japanese.
"add salt to our beef because that's what's going to be our seasoning" YIKES !!! You have to be kidding !!! You already added 2 beef broth cubes + the Japanese barbecue sauce -isn't that enough salt ????? You have a salt fest going on there !
