Wonderfull and lovely

I see a few problems, imo: groceries from the car have to be walked down the side of the house, across the side deck to reach the kitchen (too far); people sitting at the dining table have a direct view on to the toilet (not desirable); the entry is a sliding glass door through the living space which means part of the living area can't be used for anything else; flat roofs are susceptible to ponding issues after rain and this one is edged to create a shallow pool space.

@mcmanpa nowhere, everything great that humans do is a result of creativity and most of the best things serve no purpose, function is never pretty, it never inspires. There was no practical reason to land on the moon, there was no practical reason to paint the Mona Lisa.

@@benolofson9732 Well, maybe it doesn't inspire you, but I reckon a lot of people got excited when they first saw a wheel. Practicality can be creative, and as Steve Jobs demonstrated most recently, practical creations can be beautiful, too. (Have you ever visited a museum of modern industrial design in Europe or the States? - 20th C practical life is full of great creative design.)

I like it very much. In the area where I live, to build such a house you would need to have at least a 18x26 sqm plot (468 sqm) because a detached house needs to be built 3 meters away from the plot front and sides and 5 meters from the back.

Nice concept but not made very functional. Some area's are wasted space that could of been used in better ways.

The design loses its way. The kitchen becomes shoved into one corner and there is a mile of empty space between it and the dining table, The master bedroom needs a walk in closet for a house of this size, which can be done by utilising the bathroom space and making the en-suite a Jack & Jill ensuite for Bedrooms 1&2. I would have removed the carport entirely, and moved the office to that space, along the lines of the laundry room, Which is too big anyway. Moving the office then frees up more space for the living room which I would then extend to include all of the dining area too. Then, turn the dining table 90 degrees and push it towards the kitchen, with the peninsula becoming an island with breakfast bar. Just my thoughts

4 bathrooms?? wtf Do kids really need double beds and double night stands? no door in the backyard? Weird, is this a house or an apartment? two small separate terraces? Why not one big verandah in the back? Garage could be enclosed, which is safer and better

Absolutely simple gorgous,not like the monstrosity of a big house for sale in my subdivision greenview executive village west fairview QC,noisy dogs on terrace and bedrooms,very unhygenic for new buyer,plus noisy caretakers very noisy,this would be a turn off for any pertential buyer,good luck to them!!😱😱😱😱😱😱
