This is a new prototype that I'm designing to explore the use of deeper panels around a circular frame. I'm interested in seeing how it conceals the light bulb at the center and reflects light off of the panels and into the space. Here's my process of designing a simple glowing lamp project in a CAD software called Rhinoceros, laser cutting, and assembling the lamp.
