Ask them to reduce the price for those who have booked it long time back. you can ask this to CEO, because that is the primary reason for booking this vehicle and waiting for this long (which was frustrating). And after waiting for this long what we get is this price very disappointing.

Any vehicle should be affordable but currently ev is very expensive without any charging facility better to wait till they become affordable 👍

I have two question. 1 As per new rule June 1st ev subsidy is reduced so again any price will be change ? 2. As per govt rule one charger need to give along with scooter. 13k is additional 750w charger?

It seems better than Ather because @1.7L Simple has managed battery of 5kWh over to Ather's 3.7kWh which is commendable, that too with two separate packs (whole lot of supply chain & cost it consumes than being it in single case). Well wrt to features, not every vehicle will satisfy everyone so we can give this to Simple. I just hope now that it delivers atleast 140kms to charge at the worst in Eco. Note : Am still worried about it's gradient performance. Ather is way better than it's existing rivals as on date.

Ather already have offline showrooms, service centers and charging grid infra. No cases of fire incident so far. Ather is more trusted and established brand.

Vehicles aren't about specs. Can't call it better than anything at the moment whether you're comparing it with an ather, ola or TVS. Things like reliability, servicing & charging infrastructure all are an unknown quantity as of now. Actually we don't even know how this thing feels to ride yet. Hoping for the best but at the same time I'm very cautiously optimistic.

How many years warranty or kms on battery?

Please make a range test in all different modes.. not just one mode... This will give a better understanding of its usability. Since its usp is range and I'm looking to buy it only for range... I want complete knowledge of its range in all modes. Also accuracy of range prediction with unrestrained driving in all modes.

If you need range than 100 km then this but iwill ask you to wait 6 months minimum

I was in a fix to select between petorl and EV....thanks to the Govt announcement, I know now for sure Petrol is better as my usage is low. With 1.75 lakh, I can buy petrol scooter, put petrol for next four years....may be after four years EV makes sense

Range in echo 190, ride 85, drive 60, sonic 40…. Still not clear how much speed and power after relaunch in echo mode may be arrive less than 40 kmph which is not worth to drive super ev. So ride mode only 85 km run which is very less. So not worth to pay this much high price. Current price of Ola is very low today so who are waiting for simple one cancel your booking and book Ola which is very wise decision as per my view.

I had talked to the customer care of Simple energy regarding the charger, which comes with the scooter. It's a 300W charger and the charging time will be around 15 to 16hrs.

Why not sell the scooter without portable battery and reduce the price to 130k.

Its going to more priced to 2lakhs to 2.2lakhs because of the additional charge for the charger + taxes+ and the change in rule in FAME 2 which reduced around 30k

The difference between You and Gagan choudhury He showed both negative and positives of this scooter While you are only trying to show this scooter in positive light The built quality you said is best in the market But i have seen many videos that built quality is worst they even showed how the body was bending when slightly pushed Open space in front exposed to battery mud may cause some damage Portable battery was so hard to connect And the software isnt optimised well it had many glitches when Gagan choudhary was using Like the map got stuck In Eco mode it showed around 170-180km range but when he changed mode like in Ride it dropped to 83km n in Sonic only 43km how this glitch is happening you should have mentioned

I changed my mood to purchase it going to purchase ola after long waiting they dont have show room to look scooter directly and ride cost very big concern

They should've ditched the Dealership model and go for the DTC model like OLA. That would've saved them couple of grands on Price and give them the entire control of their Services. Look at Ather, High Price but not that good in range. I'm curious to know how their sales figure 6 months from now.

The reason why solving customer problems with EV's is that No Local Mechanic can fix it becasue it's an entirely new technology. This is why you think solving a major problem in a Online-Model is not easy. We are witnessing a completely new age of technology, give it some years to settle down and then see how online DTC model takes off.
