What does “cholelithiasis without cholecystitis” mean? I saw it on my ct scan (for my endometrial cancer follow up). I’ve had a lot of gallstones for years and no one ever wants to talk about it with me. The cancer dr only wants to talk about cancer and the pc doctors always say it’s fine but it gives me a lot of pain. This is actually how I found out about my cancer…. I was sent for a chest X-ray by PC Dr 8 years ago and they discovered my stage 4 endometrial cancer that metastasized to my lung in that X-ray. I was having a gallbladder attack that day. Sharp stabbing pain in my right rib. I’ve since had my entire uterus, tubes and ovaries removed (estrogen feeds my cancer) and the small nodes that traveled to my lungs are not growing but ct always brings up the gallstones and now it has apparently grown up into “cholelithiasis without cholecystitis” I’m assuming that it means that the stone is not causing my gallbladder to be inflamed? What do you think? And I know, you are not my doctor, just want your thoughts. Today I had that same pain really bad in my left side and my pulse was very low. No one knows why 🤷🏻‍♀️ I had a pelvic exam with cancer Dr today (my annual) and my lower left side is so painful even to the lightest touch. She told me to let my pc dr know and to go to the er if it gets worse.

I got diagnosed with it but I changed my diet and I haven’t had problems since. Lucky for me, it’s been over a year
