    Hi gunjan. I am new to fitness. It been 3 mnt I started weight training in gym. In March height is 5.5 my weight was 58, bmi 20 body fat 25% , Body fat mass - 14kg but in June my weight is - 62 kg, body fat - 15.9% , body fat mass index- 9.8kg , BMI- 23 .. with in three months. Is it ok to have less body fat and body fat index.. please guide.
