Hi! I think you are misstaking bicones for rondelles, the beads you call rondelles look like bicones. And they look much bigger than a 3mm bicone.. 🤔 a 11/0 seed bead is about 2mm, and the bicones are atleast doubble the size of the seed beads..

Yes, you are right, they are bicones 4mm and seed beads 10/0

You listed rondells but these look like bicones.
