dont see rooney as a successful manager purely from hearing him talk. he just doesn't have any presence about him when he speaks. for intstance, i know Postecoglou hasn't won anything at spurs yet, but as soon as you hear him speak, you listen and think yeah he has something about him. don't see that from rooney.

Argyle, one of the worse teams in the league have just appointed the worse manager in that league. What could go wrong?
