The USA, Liberia and Malaysia make up a flag family just as much as you have the Nordic flags or Pan-Arab flags. There was no need to place Liberia separate simply to get a pair for Chile.

Good concept! I think this problem should be fixed. What is some agent gives flag of Romania and says that the terrorists are hiding there and the other agents see the flag and think it's Chad and go to Chad and lose track of the terrorists and they get chance of another attack then what will happen? Whom will they blame? The person who thought it's Chad was correct in their point of view and the person who knew it's Romania was also correct. The line of communication is to be blamed. People in charge should fix it.

I don't find similarity in Chile and Liberia aside from their star. Maybe Malaysia and Liberia.

@@AndersGehtsdochauch Same colours, blue/white/red - one from top to bottom, the other left to right. (Belgium&Germany have the same colours, but not in the same order). The only ones I don't think are possible to mix up are Sweden, Denmark, Finland. Crosses, yes, but none of them share the same colours.
