I'm in the same boat, have had Fanatec for years, Simagic seems like the way to go. Rig looks great.

Definitely forget fanatec! I’ve had multiple fanatec items and rigs. The simagic is 1 million times better!!

Whats a bit annoying, you bash fanatic but don’t really explain why this is better or why fanatec is worse apart from your update issues.

I clearly did! I said I had nothing but problems after updating the firmware!! Both my wheels wouldn’t register after multiple attempts to reinstall everything nothing worked! I got tired of there overpriced mid grade junk! It’s 2024 and fanatec is way behind in wheels and everything else. Plus it’s my review and my money that paid for everything I own so I can bash what I want. I had multiple fanatec rigs and items and spent over $5000 at fanatec over the years.

In the process of ditching Fanatec too. Bought quite a bit from them, but after the Black Friday fiasco I lost my patience with them. Ever heard of customer service? They haven't...

Great to see a no bull crap video which is straight to the point. I also have been with Fanatec when I began my DD adventure but due to the technical issues, replacement nightmare along with horrible customer service I decided to move on myself. I have started to invest in Simagic products but I will have a few other vendors items on my rig as I already purchased the VNM Simulation V1 3 pedal set which is beefy and rivals Heusinkveld Ultimates at a much lower cost.

I am also moving to Simagic from Fanatec. I'm looking for a tutorial on how to mount the Simagic QR to a GSI wheel. Is it easy to mount to any wheel? Thank you for the video.

Is only 6 screw so pretty easy. I never used it on a gsi wheel so I’m not sure how easy it is to mount. Sorry I can’t help

Very nice. Look in to a simagic alpha mini bundle! Way better quality and nicer wheels than moza. But if you like moza I’m not trying to say don’t buy it! I just think simagic is the way to go. Or simucube if you have thousands you want to waste money. I’ve owned Logitech,thrustmaster,3 different fanatec bases,simucube 2 sport and now simagic and to be honest simagic is my favorite so far

Looks great! I started phasing out my fanatec crap after my left grip broke on my McLaren rim, so far H-sprints and a Turn Racing 305 rim/Bp2. next to replace my cslDD ; leaning towards the alpha-mini what Simagic distributor did you use?

Only things i need now! Handbrake for next to h pattern shifter DDU screen for above my wheelbase Maybe a button box Seq shifter on preorder And one day motion if prices ever come down. Not worth the $$$ to me

i tried this one simagic rig at a carshow and ngl i kind of want a simagic wheel now but ion got money so i just have a t300rs i ended up getting the 4th fastest time there btw but there were no prizes 💀

Who cares about gt7 😂 im on pc where I get real sims not fake arcade like gt7. Have a ps5 and gt7 and had psvr2 for it and sold it no big deal to me

GT7 works with it... In fact it works with it brilliantly with sigma converter that's exclusively for SIMAGIC so you get the best FFB experience.

@@sigmacortex-bb2vdyes I seen these and thought about it! But it’s pointless for the price just to play gt7 at least to me. I own a pc and basically own every sim game there is so console sim racing is just a joke! But to each their own they way I look at it is play what makes you happy!

I did the same thing wasted 1K on Fanatec i hope i can sell it for 400

Can definitely sell it on mercari or eBay some how junk ass fanatec holds its value on resale because fanatec never ships out products or some issue 😂
