Because my house was built with old soil block with sand mortar and two side cement plaster. But still termites problem there and eating the cupboard. Any solution with mud block getting cool inside of house?

Not good actually leakage would happen if you stay in Kerala. Better use traditional cementing and plastering along with dr fixit . This would help in long run. Dont use these types of items, when u go easy and low money it would ultimately damage u in long run
