Thanks for the awesome video! I ALWAYS have traffic problems. Does putting parks along a "artery" effect traffic at all? I would think it would be a great idea to put those long plazas along those roads instead of having to demolish houses and then nearby buildings never grow to their full potential.

mycities max out the road using streetcar , i got magliv , bus terminal,train, airport, but seem to be my road will jam from connection highway road to my city, i dont know how to solve this

What if I want to do squares to maximize build space?

i have a big problem. other sims are coming into my new town for low income jobs. the traffic is INSANE. im talking 3 lanes of traffic backed up all the way to the next city....the shit of it is that theres only enough jobs in the city for the sims living their....

You may be right, but I actually like his method better. Even though this is just a demo, and he placed the streets willi-nilly, they already look natural and real. A city with streetcar in every street is just weird. Well, people play this game for different reasons. Some people want to beat it and get as high population and income as possible, while other people just wants to build a simulation of real city. Whatever floats your boat!

Just because he doesn't want to be always online doesn't mean he wants to pirate it. It's a legitimate reason to not get the game, seeing as Simcity has always been a single player game with offline saves.

I have the same issue. Most of the time it all works fine but two days ago I lost my internet connection (ISP's fault) while I was playing Sim City and I only noticed it after 30 minutes! Everything I had built wasn't saved to the servers... sure I should have paid attention and stop playing immediately but sh*t like this wouldn't happen with an offline mode.

if you want to solve traffic problems and problems that result from too much traffic IE police not getting around fast enough or fire....more commonly trash and recyclable collection all you need to do is slow it down to turtle speed....the traffic only goes turtle speed if you speed it all the way up your problems are compounded....this tip is for big cities....that maximize all the space on the map....

Hypno this is not the best method, the best method is only use streets for industry, if you use avenues for everything else it does take up a little more space, but streetcars will take up to 75% of your traffic off the road. i have a city of 300,000 and have no traffic issues as streetcar depots alone take 223,000 people off the road! i do have three though which costs a lot.

You purchased the product therefore it cannot be taken away from you. If its an internet connectivity problem then that's your own problem... not theirs. Most of the people who purchased this game (like me) have internet connectivity almost 100% of the time.
