What a miserable day that was. I spent all day sat under a huge golf umbrella at Club shivering, my abiding memory was of a guy with his helmet perched on top of his head making his way, one step at a time, up the long, steep muddy bank next to us holding on to two plastic pints of beer for dear life. Biggest cheer of the day from the crowd when he made it to the top.

Two stroke 500cc’s in mental conditions being handled by humans. And no one came off. SO GOOD! Shows you how different MotoGP is now. So many injuries this season. Is it going in the right direction? … Thanks for uploading this. So glad it appeared in my feed.

Atrocious conditions and amazing bike control on view! What a fabulous commentary from Murray Walker with Barry Sheene adding his expertise. The insight and clarity they brought to all of us that watched such races on TV shouldn't be underestimated.
