Silkroad presents the Global Musician Workshop Online Performance Festival!
Celebrating our first ever virtual Global Musician Workshop, this festival features GMW Faculty, participants, and special guests like Angélique Kidjo, Jake Shimabukuro, Rhiannon Giddens, Black Violin, and Speech. Over a dozen brand new arrangements will be premiered, drawing from traditions of Klezmer, Celtic, Jazz, Chinese, Indian, American, African, and Afro-Latin music, along with a new collaborative video created by over 150 GMW participants from 30 different countries.
