Especially the song panic room. Not only can you hear most of the words he’s saying, you can feel them too.

Yes!!
I love how for the first chorus of antimatter when there wasn’t any vocals the crowd just sung it anyways
If you listen to antimatter and collider you will be hooked. They are amazing 💜
The reason for this is weird, and also interesting When we listen to a band for so long, we start to understand its "language" Thats why it seems hard for metal virgins to be unable to understand the music Like, i can understand knocked loose, silent planet, invent, animate, and all the other bands i listen to, but when i played Wolves at The Gate for some christian family members, (who have impeessive, but i think, easy to understand vocals), they all asked me "how can you understand him when he's screaming?" Id say it's almost like a mini language, the screaming, the cadence, the tones. Etc etc

Super late reply but whatever, the way I describe screaming to everyone is by comparing it to a foreign accent, if you've never heard it you wont get it but listen closely and listen enough at you will know what they're saying. Once you change singers it's a new accent to learn, but having done it before it's now easier.
I meeeean, those same people will say opera is great when they don’t speak Latin! “Oh you just need to understand what they’re saying, it’s beautiful, look it up!” Oh but wait, that’s the same thing WE SAY about metal! 😮😂
Lyric vids is how people know or over listening to it 😊
I used to be a little booooyyeeee 😂❤
