In this video, I will share with all of you ang sikreto sa walang kati, tanggal lason, nagmamantika sa gata at napakasarap na laing. This is my own version of Laing and not the Bicol version. Tara na sa masayang pagluluto!!!

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 kilo (500 gms) Pork Kasim, cut into chunks (you can also use liempo or pigue, or you may also use tinapa fillets/flakes if you don't eat pork)
1 1/2 to 2 cups Water
1/4 kilo (250 gms) Dried Taro Leaves (Tuyong Dahon ng Gabi),cut into chiffonade or whatever cut you prefer
2 cups Kakang gata (coconut cream) or Unang piga sa Kinayod na Niyog (first batch)
4 cups Pangalawang Gata (coconut milk) or Pangalawang piga sa kinayod na Niyog
2 cups Kakang Gata (coconut cream) or Unang piga sa Kinayod na Niyog (last batch)
3 Tbsps Raw Bagoong Alamang
1 Big Onion, sliced
8 cloves Garlic, minced
2 thumbsize Ginger, julienned
4 pcs Siling Haba/Siling Pansigang
4 pcs Red Siling Labuyo
Ground Black Pepper, to taste
Salt (optional, will depend on how salty your bagoong alamang is)

Love, love Laing. There is a store here in San Antonio that carries dried Gabi leaves. So I will try and make the Laing for the first time using your recipe. I am sure it is very good.

Bicolana po ako from Naga. Ganyan din po kami magluto ng gata, hindi po iginigisa. Basta po, ang gata pag isinalang na at kasama ang mga sangkap ay halo lang ng halo hanggang sa kumulo, halo lang ng halo. Pag hindi na kulay puti ang gata meaning pwede na ilagay nag laing. Tama po kayo kasi napakasarap ng laing na nagmamantika. Masiram na maray!! 😍♥️♥️♥️ Thank you po!

yep, ganyan din po ginagawa ko, halo ng halo para di magkulta ang gata hanggang sa lumabas ang mantika ng gata at saka ko uhuhulog ang tangkay ng gabi muna....

aa oo Ganyan din erpat ko mag luto Halo halo na Lahat Tas halu haluin para hindi mamuo Yung Gata . Pag oks na lagay na yung Gabi na dry Sarap Laing

Depende po sa klase or variety ng gabi or natong sa bikol. may klase na makunat or makusil, may malumhok, may magatol talaga. Uda po yan sa pagbubukag, its only a myth dahil dawa ang aba, gabing gala, hindi naman po makati kung niluluto namin.

Laing is one of .my fave ulam but i didn't even try to cook once. But since lodi ko sa pagluluto si arkitektong kusinero..i will try this recipe.. at last makakapagluto na ako ng laing..thanks lodi sa masayang pagluluto .lagi akong nag eenjoy sa mga cooking episodes mo po .thankee😃

Laing is one of the most favorite ulam in Quezon (my province). Your version is almost the same with ours. We’re just mixing a small amount of vinegar, para wag daw mapanis agad sabi ng lola ko hehee. New subscriber here, dami ko’ng tawa while watching. Natuto na napahalakhak pa, kaloka! Hi CK, sa lahat Ng mga niluluto mo at lulutuin pa talagang masarap dahil hindi lang sa ingredients ng niluluto mo sasarap Ang lasa kundi lalong sumasarap dahil habang nagluluto ka step by step hinahaluan mo nang pangpagoodvibes na words at higit pa sa lahat ay hinahaluan mo nang pagmamahal para sa lahat nang mga nag subscribed at magsubscribe pa.
