​@@PHEROMONE-wz9bzI was a most extreme Muslim.I served in Taliban in 2010 also.I did daily 5 times prayers.I did Hajj.I always kept Fasting during Ramadan.I Followed every Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad.But after rise of ISIS.Their was insurgency in our Province.I left for UK then I thought to learn about other religions and founded that there was a lot of criticism by non Muslims for Islam.SLOWLY SLOWLY I researched Islam with multiple translations of Quran and Hadith from various sources.I realised and decided after that Prophet Muhammad is not the best human ever as said by Islamic Scholars.I did Hajj during COVID.But during lockdown I researched a lot and founded that Islam is also a mixture of Ultra Judaism Values,Christian stories and copied version of lightweight Zoroastrianism.Many acts of Prophet Muhammad mentioned in Sahih Hadees are just immoral,inhumane,racist,pedophile.Saffiya,Zainab,Ayesha marriages with Prophet was indeed indecent brother not to getting deep down in hadees.Racism with Bilal.Destruction of White Kaaba in Yemen.Banu Qurayza executions of 700 people.Execution of Muslims who left Islam.Antisemtism.Muslim Men can marry Jew,Christian,Sabian Girls but not vice versa.Extremism against Infidels(kufr).Severe Punishments-Stoning to death,Execution.Conquered land Females are sex slaves.There are various KZread channels which I saw videos of who are ex muslim.Pedophile behaviour for Ayesha and lustful behaviour for Saffiya(Jewish slaves girl originally).Prophet Muhammad is not the great as mentioned by Islamic Scholars.Infact Saudi is becoming more atheist day by day.Turkey,Iran,Lebanon,Egypt are also on decline of Islam soon.I asked much questions about Prophet Muhammad on Quora.I got much answers.The violet campaign to spread Islam From East to West no matter if it comes to violence.And most important thing I realised was that my ancestors did not accept Islam by their will but we're forced.I am originally from Afghanistan.The original religion of Afghanistan was Buddhism and Hinduism.But there atheistic and polytheistic views did not favoured my senses.If I convert to Judaism I would be treated as second class citizen.In Christianity also No one knows how Paul was related to Jesus,the trinity(pagan like concept).So only remaining religion with human values,core morals,decency with monotheism was Sikhi.I made the best decision in my life brother.I did have a Sikh best friend here in Leicester he helped also to learn Gurmukhi.I came here in 2015 during ISIS with my family from middle east.Hope Waheguru Ji Guides You.I also read the translations of SGGS.It was far better than Quran.My brother is also now learning about Sikhi.Hope Waheguru Ji will guide him. And Wait -The description made be me of Quran,Hadees,Sunnah of Prophet are just a mild stone,a big tsunami of stones is there if u get deep down.I can't write all things here.

I love Sikh people too. When I started looking for the truth, my closest friend was Sikh. I ended up looking at Islam first since it’s a continuation of Judaism and Christianity, but my plan was that if Islam turned out to be wrong, I’d look into Sikhism next. I never got to that step though because I was already so convinced of Islam and became Muslim.

Comment section is crazy and very butthurt about someone wanting to learn about another religion. Shows how little people know of Sikhism. Some people here actually think Sikhism is Islam and Hinduism mixed together 😂 Damn, how far people are from Truth. Guru Nanak's first message after meeting God was that there is No Hindu, there is No Muslim. Why? Because beyond the Tenth Gate, there is no religion. The main message of Sikhism is how to meet God whilst alive, which Islam says is impossible before the time of judgement, however the Sikh gurus, saints. Islamic saints like Farid Ji and Hindu saints also achieved this and preached this, they went against the status quo/their religious teachings. How is that Islam or Hinduism if their own people tried to silence them? 😂

Lol advaita vedanta sect of Hinduism talk about the exact thing that god is present everywhere and that our goal is to realise that God while alive and become jeevanmukta. and advait vedanta is older than Sikhism

Sikhs in general are good people. They do seva which is a duty upon them. That means help. They are bound to help even if it means it hurts them and I have seen them do this many times to their own detriment.

He is islamical, but like he said, most Muslims don't know anything about Sikhism, we both believe in Allah,Sikhism doesn't deny Muhammad as last prophet, this is why our religion has no prophecies, our gurus we're sent by god but they are called gurus for a reason. In Guru Granth Sahib, it is written that you may pray 5 times a day "Salah" and read Qur'an if you wish. Sikhism is just a way of life.

@@DeenVibes99 Sikhi do not consider that we are sinners or condemn anyone to hell. If we are sinners than that is what God commands. Like you said, as it pleases God. We only are here to understand or realize the command (Hukam). The core of Sikhi is the will of Almighty and sikhi revolves around it. Whatever is happening or designed is the will of God. We have align or in tune our nature or behavior according to the events happening around. Just like creation designed by God is not permanent and evolves with time. Humans as part of the creation/ nature are suppose to be evolving. This is the will of God. To evolve we do mistakes and learn from the process. That is not a sin but the learning process. Out of mistakes comes out the reasoning and questioning. Questioning and reasoning brings out the awareness. And awareness brings out the Enlightenment. This is programmed by God. Like all religion acknowledges that what happens around is the will of God. If everything happening accordingly to the will of God and mistakes or sins are not acceptable, then sins or mistakes shouldn’t be there at the first place. If it’s there, then who am I to question the Will of God? If God truly knows what is in our heart then why are we worshipping? Good or bad thoughts originating in mind are already being registered into the system. God already knows what’s in the Heart and mind. This is where Guru Nanak says- whole world, stars, galaxies, sun, moon are already singing corrals for you. My thought and my intentions are already known to you, what extra I have to do? My doing extra is only to hide my insecurities and false self. Hindu saints wanted him to pray with them in the temple and offer flowers to the idol of God in the temple. He said- the flowers are his. Why would I pluck flowers from owners backyard and offer to him? Should read Guru Nanak’s Aarti. I will come to your question of heaven now.

why are people arguing over sikh and muslim beliefs. why don't we all respect eachother's beliefs without questioning and follow our own religions without dispute. im a sikh and i respct everybody's beliefs. so why can't we all do the same

God is laughing at humanity fighting eachother over beliefs. We are all part of the human race, we survive on love, charity and helping to uplift others. Let beliefs be different, dont hate your neighbour, be a good citizen and just enjoy life. The world is a very beautiful place. No need for conflict, rather more love and understanding instead.

To me, the circle is symbol meaning boundless/infinite (because it has no end) and therefore it reminds me of the Timeless Lord any time I look down and do work with my hands. I think a reminder on your hands is important because you do most of your work and deeds to other people through your hands. To me, reincarnation just means that the dirt and materials that compose my body will be put into new life when my physical body decomposes. Blessings to you

@Really Interested Its your opinion fair play. But give references evidence back up the claim/statement. From my very basic research i have realised this religion man made. The first Guru took ideologies and spirituality from all main religions that were around in his time. Took the best of them and mixed it up hence Sikhism was born. There are no old ancient text references or persons unlike the 3 monotheistic religions (which can be traced back from start of humanity).. Anyway they are great people "forever ready" to serve/sewa humanity feed and cloth the poor. Also great business minded. Lastly the real sikhs do follow their religion the way it should be (unlike most i know - by name only and prob kara bangle on wrist).. That's it

There is no harm at all in saying "I'm proud to be sikh" because its one heck of an awesome religion and it makes you feel good about yourself. A sikh only gives importance to nature (kudrat or akal purakh) . .meaning Timeless truth ... truth is timeless.. Universe. . Sikh don't believe in any hindu gods .. Just as a male without a turban cannot be recognised as a sikh , a female without turban and kirpan should never deserve a title of a sikh .... 90% of sikh women don't wear kirpan or dastaar ... which means they have almost no commitment towards their faith ... They don't deserve title of sikh ..and even they should remove the word "kaur " from their surnames.. Foolish lazy & modern sikhs should learn from Islamic girls who still love and are struggling and fighting to wear their hijab or burqa .. Most major religions try to say Guru Nanak was one of us and he is our Guru I guess this shows Sikhi is the true religion cuz that’s what he brought and everyone recognized it so much so that they fight over having the honour of calling him their own. Nanak changed the name of God as Truth. Truth= God= A set of infinite, unchangeable and flawless LAWS of nature( science). This Truth govern the universe and is present through out. A fraction of it is working with in all of us.

Erm… It is not the Islamic belief that Allah lives in mosques 😬 sounds like the words of some misguided sufi. Where is Allah according to Islamic teachings? “Allah, it is He Who has created the heavens and the earth, and all that is between them in six days. Then He rose over (istawa) the Throne (in a manner that suits His Majesty). You (mankind) have none, besides Him, as a Wali (protector or helper) or an intercessor. @@Sufficient4UsIsAllah That's why people like you are so ill informed about Sikhism. Guru Nanak said " Na hum hindu , na muslamaan " which means " neither i am a Muslim, nor hindu". Our holy book Guru granth sahib criticizes both Islam and Hinduism quite strongly. Guru Nanak even trolled some of the practices in both the religions. Sikhism has nothing to do with islam or Hinduism. It's an entirely unique philosophy.

Islam was given to Mohammed by Angel Gabrielle. So Islam isn't divinely inspired and wasn't direct from God. I believe the point is that you need to be enlightened as to HOW to become one with God. It’s the same reason why Islam needs a messenger. Someone needs to get Gods’ words out there, for Islam that’s Muhammad who brings the Quran, for Sikhs it’s the Gurus who embody the will of God on Earth. In essence, they speak what God wishes to communicate to humanity.

Sikhs don't have a middleman at all, we pray to God just as he is. The gurus are teachers who we respect and thank for helping us understand God and we bow to the living guru of the guru granth sahib to show we respect our teacher, but we never treat the guru as God incarnate or as some sort of means tog et to God like the Christians and Jesus. Guru Nanak taught muslims about the true namaaz and how to be a real Muslim. Hence, the goal is not to convert but to help one become one with Truth.

I’m a Christian, been thinking about how bits and pieces of different religions are believable and less convincing so this idea of a “full truth” aligns with my mission. I don’t know if I want to convert but it’s interesting.

I would suggest reading the Sikh rennissance

Allah is mentioned by name 22 times in the Sikh Holy book, Guru Grant Sahib Ji. Also their great Saint is a Sufi Shaykh Baba Farid. They say Guru Nanak Ji did the hajj pilgrimage to Makkah. However, you have to be a muslim to enter the Holy City of Makkah. Guru Nanak Ji muslim name is Abdul Majed

And talking about guru nanak story about did hajj was like this: Guru Nanak once went to macca and put his feet towards the kabba and a Muslim man said you can't do this, it's disrespect and so guru nanak said I didn't know and I will move my feet towards a different direction, but when he moved his feet to a different direction, the kabba moved and followed where his feet was placed, so the conclusion is guru nanak says God is everywhere and not only in one position

@@nash._singhh The kabah actually left it’s place to visit a saint also…so don’t jump on the bandwagon of kabah is somehow at the feet of Nanak. He was a Muslim saint if anything, his followers created a sect known as sikhi.

@@bwear9012 he certainly wasn’t Muslim because what he preached is incongruent to Muslim values. We see this in janamsakhi which narrates Guru Nanaks life. It’s clear he wasn’t a Muslim or a Hindu, rather he wanted people to go beyond the idea of labels to become one with God and experience the divine.

Allah is mentioned because it’s a name for God. Sikhism talks about Islam and Allah because some parts of the holy scripture where written by Muslim saints who shared their experiences of the divine through the Islamic lens. That’s why Allah is mentioned.

People who are muslims talking about Sikhism being a mixture between other religions don't really see the irony, huh?

But judaism and christianity are both abrahamic religion so there is practically no deviation but a continuation. And muslims do not dispute that they have a lot in common with these two religions. Saying sikhism is a mixture of Hinduism and Islam is correct. because the founder of the religion is histotically recognised to be influenced by these religions. And in these case Hinduism and islam have practically very few similarities if any.

I'm an Ex-Muslim and reverted Sikh al ham dull il LAH. 🙏❤️ Sikhi is the only truth and the light in world of falsehoods and darkness. Majoriry of muslims are good people and Islam has alot of good teachings but actions of some muslims if full of arrogence and misguidence as do other religious paths

It’s interesting when I read comments from Muslims, Hindus and other religions disrespecting Sikhism. The reason these people are negative towards Sikhism is because they know the truth is Sikhism and they want to convert to Sikhism but are afraid to do so. They have no faith in their own religion and know the right path to God is Sikhism. Convert before it’s too late to save your soul!

My ancestral home is 15 mins drive from Panja saab where they say guru nanak stopped a rock with his hand. On top of the mountain is the sufi who he had some kind of dispute with. At bottom is the gurdwara. When I climbed the mountain the Muslims were from the branch that workship graves.

I have a lot of Sikh friends, they’re good people

You don't see white, black or chinese sikh. Only in islam you see all skin colour. Sikh started 15th century.

Islam was given to Mohammed by Angel Gabrielle. So Islam isn't divinely inspired and wasn't direct from God. Angel Gabrielle was rejected and dispelled from Heaven for lies and falsehood hence making Islam a false religion. Sikhism is direct from God and the Only Path to God. Muslims and Sikhs gets along very very well Masha’Allah ❤️ They are amazing. I’ve got a Sikh friend and I’m a Muslim. He often ask question about Islam, he seems interested. We don’t let religion or anything in the way. It’s always respectful. He ask, I answer (With help of Allah.) I carry on posting Islamic things (for my Muslims brothers and sister) he sees it too and I make dua for him. He is amazing. Very mannered guy. My father had many Sikhs mates, he grew up with them and my family genuinely loves them a lot. Never once have I ever heard them say anything bad about them (their experiences) which of course naturally I love them as well❤️!

Sikhism is a beautiful faith

Generally, they are nice ppl. They do not preach to others abt their religion and not many ppl know it. Nevertheless, I find that it is not a universal religion; mostly confine to sikhs only. It would be unfair for God to give guidance only to a certain grp of ppl, isn't it? So, to me, it is not the truth. Islam is the only complete religion which explains the meaning of a true God and gives guidance as to how to live our lives in every aspect and helps to prepare for the afterlife

That’s your belief brother but then u would be thinking God only guided the Muslims Also Sikhi is only religion where other religions follow the leader of our religion and or make them the leader of theirs as well There is 175mil Muslims Buddhist’s and Hindus that follow Sikhi as well they’re called rhe NanakPanth religions. As well as not allowing pedofilia slavery stealing incest grape lying and slaughter in Gods name are things that strengthen my belief that this is the 1 true path.
