This track and entire album represented my late teens/college years. The nostalgia is deeeeeep.

If this would have been what "worship" was like in church growing up, I would still be a believer.

+Miguel Santiago every time I hear it on the album it makes me just want to see a recording of it. It has something extra live. The static at the end almost blew my heart out of my chest.

Midway throughout the song... just accompanied with my very own waterfall of tears.

I feel like the buildup is way longer in the live versions than in the CD version and it always kills me. In a good way.

the studio version is indeed shorter but somehow more intense because I think he used to sing with a falsetto. :)

Must be quite the experience to listen to this live at rock concert volume.

That is the first time I've heard a live performance of this song that IMO actually came up to the full intensity of the album (or at least where it was evident in the recording). Very nice find!

Maaaan i have thought the same think a lot of times hahaha this is a masterpiece, no words... Saw them on stage a year ago in Mexico City, this was the last song of the set... everybody went crazy, we were all trembling... but no one said a word... what can be said? there are no words

It’s the worst Sigur Rós song… because when it starts playing, you understand, that it is either end of the album, or end of the concert… By the way, it’s one of the best, actually
