And yess, i have listened your advices and now i am talking with my ex because he contacted me, i lett him now to be the one that message me first, he said me why he was silent with me, he had financiar problems and still have, but he say how much he want to see me when he will can, he want us to have a serious talk, he say me all the things that he want us to do together when we will meet. Dear Coaches, the guy being overwhelmed by work responsibilities and the need to own up to himself is spot on. I totally respect guys like that, and in my case I walked away as I felt we both needed space. I have contacted him a few times with radio silence in between, and I do see a potential to get back, but as you coaches said it's important to work on myself and be happy on my own. So when he does reach out next time I will give out positive vibes. Thanks again for this video and many others, they are helpful signposts on my journey to self-love and empowerment! :)

Told my ex husband that I was moving to Mexico so he can stop paying me alimony. I told him I need to serve it so he can go live and be happy. He gave me a handful of excuses why I can’t move to Mexico, yet not one of them about us. But I know he still loves me, his actions show it.

I can't thank you guys enough! I have implemented the Love Advice strategies and they are working as described for me. This video speaks to me. At his point my ex is now reaching out to me. Just like coach Adrian said, she is now indirectly putting me on a pedestal by telling me how unhappy she is and has expressed regret over the breakup and admits that the breakup was a bad idea. After she reestablished contact, she invited me to have dinner with her and asked if we could spend the day together. According to this video, it seems like she is exhibiting many signs of not being over me. Yay for me!

We texted back and for for a while but it went nowhere. Then Aug. 17th I got one call and Aug. 21st she called three times. She took about three weeks after i went into a non wavering No Contact.

My advice to you would be to take things slowly. Don't rush into trying to confirm your relationship. Just take things as they are, and not get your hopes up. Otherwise you risk pushing them away again. I'm speaking from experience! Good luck brother :D

I do agree, he struggled a lot about his money, about his time for himself, about his time to rest and go university cause no one would care. I also sadly became needy and i felt i knew i was the one who get kicked off and he also admited it saying "love you are right also i lost something in that process" so he told me he liked me but... exactly what you said he wasn't in love with me but he still cared until the breakup. SOOOO you are so right, but at the moment i struggle with the usual things that makes me unsure so, when i will manage them, i will be able to talk with him again, as long as i'm struggling with feelings and thoughts, i can't really contact him even if i know i will be hype. I think i'm doing something wrong in this process because he unblocked me but he didn't talk to me.

I really appreciate your channel. It has helped me to understand some of what I am going through with my ex husband. I divorced him after 17 years and he continued to call me I guess because of our children. The problem is that he always talk about our love life and I keep thinking that he wants to reconcile. I’m 3 1/2 weeks in to no contact and Samira suggested three months no contact but with my situation I think truly that that is too much time. I think another few weeks or month would be good because I am really working hard on myself. Volunteering at the animal shelter, joined a gym, making more dedicated effort’s with my kids homework and time with them. My ex of about two weeks and this paints a picture of what happened perfectly. He said he had a lot going on and was having issues balancing everything. He said he still wanted me in his life and that there was no other girl as well as he still had feelings for me. We dated for about 5 months. A week after the breakup he texted me later in the night to wish me a Happy Easter. Then a few days later a Happy Birthday and then proceeded to make small talk for a few days. I mirrored his texts and kept it light. Do you think as you said in the video there is a chance? Hi coach Adrien and Coach Steven, I have just started watching your videos and I am in a unique situation. My ex broke up with me 5 months ago now and initially I did not implement any of these practices and instead tried for 3 weeks to get back with her. I went silent for a couple weeks after then tried to reach out again and she blocked me on social media. A month after I tried one more time to reach out and at this point I completely pushed her away. I then decided it was over and I would no longer try to reach out. About 4 weeks ago I realized she unblocked me on Instagram (Later she tells me she doesnt know how it happened) and I thought that was odd because it has been 2 months since the last time I tried to reach out and her friend had told me she would never speak to me again. I waited a couple of days then I sent her a couple of messages and a few days later she actually responded. We spoke about everything in terms of how she felt at the end and during the times I was trying to reach out. I did apologize to her during our conversation thru text and she said she had forgiving me. Ever since we spoke I cannot get her out of my head and really want to get her back. Last week I asked her if she would give me another opportunity and she blew up on me saying I still didn't get it and said she would block me, I apologized and told her goodbye. Later that day she sent me a message saying she felt bad about abruptly blocking me and wanted to explain why she reacted that way and at the end of the message said she would trust me not to respond, so I didn't even though I wanted to. A few days later it was my birthday and she actually reached out to wish me Happy Birthday and we exchanged a few messages back and forth. I also told her that i had a response for her message from the previous day and asked her if she would be willing to read it she agreed and i sent it to her. She responded and told me to stop "apologizing, it happens, I'm just glad you understand a little of why I'm hesitant with anything you say". I just told her OK and I said I fully understand your reservations and hesitations, when you feel comfortable enough I would like to meet up with you. She did not respond and i didn't expect one, but now I am planning on going radio silent for about three weeks and see if I even want to reach out again. I can't really gauge her, but I do feel like maybe there is a possibility of reconnecting.

According to this video my ex is nowhere near over me. This was my second time in no contact and he reached out to me (I caved and responded) I think him living without me and me not reaching out at all anymore is showing yes I’d rather have you in my life but I don’t need you. And even though I did break no contact, slowly but surely it is working and he’s slowly coming back. He told me he’s been watching my social media too. We were together almost 2 years. So guys listen to these coaches they know what they’re talking about. And coaches I just want to thankyou for all your help I feel like you all are my friends you’re helping me get the love of my life back and he’s seeing me in a different light so Thankyou all so much ❤️

Seems like I can’t find the video for my exact situation. I hope you guys can help me out! My ex and I have been broken up for a month and we were together for a year. The relationship was amazing. We were best friends and never fought. However, we talked about our future one day and he said he can’t see himself with me. ( I think he was scared because he hasn’t been employed for a while) and I pushed him, so he broke it off. But we still liked each other and we both cried. Because of some behavior she was having that caused me a very bad reaction and I broke up with her and soon I regret but she was very upset. After 45 days of no contact, she called me being drunk after I didn't wish a happy birthday to her (july 27). During this past weekend, I paid her a visit to her hometown (long-distance relationship). The flowers "worked" but she is still upset and doesn't want our relationship cause there are drama and complications she doesn't want. She is the happiest, she said. I like this video a lot it explains how an ex feels about you and what they are going thru or feeling at the moment . Hi coaches. Been awol from the channel for a while. What if an ex asked me to get coffee or hang out sometime.. but never followed up on that offer. Im doing the radio silence/ no contact, but he can reach me. I just don't reach out. What happened now?

What if weeks after a break up my ex signed a lease in a different state?(she works remotely). Been in no contact for a month and she moves in 3 weeks.

What if you are day 18 of NO Contact and they've been reaching out often with texts and calls, wanting you to speak with them, asking how you are doing, asking to meet up for lunch/dinner, and confessing how much they miss you and love you but you are skeptical of whether or not things will change if you do go back to them? How do I know that this time around things will be different and we won't have the same issues? Is there a way these issues can be addressed when getting back together and starting fresh? He mentioned in one of the texts, "..Whatever happened in the past, happened and now it's a new beginning and I really want to be with you and since we did not talk I haven't talked to anyone...if you give me a chance to be with you I will make you happy and never will treat you bad please forgive me." Should I continue NC until the entire 30 days if it's already been working? I was in a relationship with him for 2.5 months..

Is there a time frame for them to feel this way? It's been 9 months and no reach out from them...

Hey so me and my girlfriend broke up about 2 and a bit months ago. I’m currently on my second no contact and have been going strong for 19 days now. So in my case what you said about men blaming their unhappiness in their personal life on their SO was the case with my ex gf. She graduated from uni with a b.s. in public health 2 years ago and hasnt had a job in her career and at her current job they treat her poorly according to her. She used to cry to me how unhappy she was with everything in her life and i would try to make her feel better to no avail. On new years she told me she was unhappy with us and was trying to get out since i was away at school which was 2 years out of our over 4 year relationship. I graduated about a year ago and will be going back to school for ab applied degree this fall. Her primary reasons for feeling unsatisfied were she never moved out, she doesnt have a job in her field and she started to gain weight apparently. Ive never felt unsatisfied with my career but i feel sometimes she was blaming her unsatisifaction on life on me. But its cool cuz im growing and always have been and have never been unsatisfied with my career path

What if he’s denying his feeling because he doesn’t want to get hurt again? My ex has been hot and cold for 4 months now and today was the day I blocked him off EVERYTHING apart from his number. He has reached out to me before but the cycle just keeps repeating. Before, My no contact has lasted only 2 weeks and at lease one of us has reached out. How to I get a man who had trouble in showing his feelings anyway when we were together to open up and tell me how he really feels? Our 3 year relationship can’t have just vanished from his heart after 5 months. Please help! X

Im not sure if my ex still misses/thinks about me. Its been 4months since the break up, hes dated 2girls in the past and is dating one rn, hes even slept with her. He responds to my stories on snapchat and sometimes makes jokes, then we lead the conversation from there. He even follows me on insta and likes my posts. Does this mean he cares/still loves me or is it just a friendly thing?

First one was 131 days and after respectfully declining her generous offer of friendship and not to correct me again, she's messaging my sister, which is really odd and my sister finds it odd as well because they are mere acquaintance's. Hey coach Aderian or Steven I have something too ask you me and my ex fiance were Together for 11 long years and separated for 7 months now we're still friends talk and text 3 days out the week and see each other twice a month and all her belongings are still at the house and all her Important Mail still comes to the house too and she also said she's considering hanging out with me little bit more than twice a month she has a vary busy work schedule she's working 12 hours a day different shifts so we can't always talk but my question is are these all good signs that we can get back together again? My ex keeps on viewing my Facebook stories during the first 3weeks since our breakup. But as time goes by, after those 3 weeks.. he’s not viewing my Facebook stories anymore. Could it be a sign that he’s over me and that he wasn’t interested in me anymore? Is there a chance of us getting back together? ;(

Me and my ex broke up 2 weeks ago and it wasn’t mutual but we didn’t end on bad terms. Yes I made the mistake of chasing and eventually after a couple days of that decided to go no contact. 3 days into no contact she had called me just to check up and literally had a 2 minute conversation. Ever since then I haven’t heard from but she has blocked my number (yes I caved and tried to call) We had a happy relationship but she said she didn’t want to have to deal with a relationship with all the things going on in her life. Why would she block my number if I was in no contact and I haven’t reached out to her? And she started to delete all of our memories together on social medias. She seems happy so I’m not chasing her, but I would take her back if she reconsiders. My question is why would she take the time to block my number if I was not annoying her or chasing her.

Maybe she blocked your number because she is seeing someone, has a new boyfriend and doesen't want to be disturbed when she is with him. She's trying to move on and forget about you even that you don't chase him anymore. Her new boyfriend may found out she was still talking to you and as a result she blocked you.

Hi we were in LDR until she broke up with me because of my "shit ass attitude" and she doesn't feel anything for nobody anymore, she has some mental issues as depression and suicidal thoughts, seems like she doesn't need me but what she felt for me was all true as she said, should I do NC or will that make things worse?

Ex and I been in an on and off communication since our breakup last 2 months (she broke it off). Had slept together once a week ago BUT had an instinct she had slept/been intimate with a new interesting “friend” who she knew a few months before our breakup. She had been saying she’s missing me if I didn’t reply to her texts, and mentioned she hasn’t really moved on tho it doesn’t look like it. All these mixed signals are driving me insane. Now I’m considering no contact as it’s supposed to be easier (she will be going offshore for two weeks) and my biggest concern would be her reaching out to me during those days and would go mad lonely if I didn’t respond to her and would seek companionship from the other person instead and eventually forget about me. I’m scared I’ll be just an emotional dumping ground for her (worse, regarded as just friend) when the other person is not keeping her company. But at the same time, afraid she’d grown complacent of me if I respond to her.
