This is exactly what it's like being in a relationship with a narcissist. And it never ends.
After watching the video, I just realised that I'm a manipulator and have been manipulating"someone" since really a long time.
Wow. I just realised that my mother has been doing this for the whole of my life! God! This is so sad💔
5 years of this behaviour did some serious damage to my mental health. Still trying to recover.

I feel like I've spent my whole life being manipulated because of my kindness and genuine concern for others. I've only recently started learning about boundaries. Boundaries give me the time and space to be able to figure it out. It's very painful, but necessary. I'm 64 and it's been long enough. I never ever want to be a victim, but I've allowed some really awful people to take full advantage of me and I can't anymore. Thank you for your help.
Wow! I am going to show my wife this. You describe her family perfectly, I had chills. They do this to her, and when I stand up for her, she takes their side. I hope this will help her.

This is so my aunt omg. I lived with her for like 6 years and although she helped a lot financially, she used to favors to manipulate me in the future and make me feel guilty for setting boundaries. She even said to me once that I owe her my life
