this is really comforting. because some old feelings and resentments popped up, i was asking myself why i was going through something i thought i had already conquered, and being afraid that i was going back to being my past self. i took last Friday and this Monday off, just so I can spend 4 days by myself and healing.

This was a wonderful little nudge to remind me I’m doing ok. I’ve been doing a lot of healing and felt a little bit like I hadn’t come very far but this video reminded me that I have, in fact, journeyed incredibly far from where I started. A large part of my healing was discovering light language. I had been all in my head, worrying what to think and/or do during meditation. But when I saw your light language video on Sky’s channel, something clicked and I just channeled the light language. It has helped me release stored emotions, relieve chronic pain, and heal my inner child. I am so grateful 🙏.

I asked source for confirmation ( I'm literally sobbing, I've come such a long way) and this was the first thing thing I saw in my recommendations. I allow this healing energy to move through me. Thank you, from Kenya

It triggered me because I was about to move out of my home where my Mom and I have lived since I was born. And I'm about to move by myself and have no home base. My mom is going in a Autocamper, and I dont know where I'm going yet, only the first 2 months. It was so heavy and depressing thoughts and feelings. I was so scared and ashamed if I had no home or enough money. But I let the space for it. Then going like this for around 2-3 weeks up and downs. Then yesterday I started feeling this trust, gratitude and being in the present. It became much more quit. I felt a shift. And then your video poped up😍💃🤩. Thank you Heather🙏🏼.

Heather, thank you for making this video always in perfect synchronistic timing, I’ve been finding myself really being extra grateful for being a human the past few days and just telling myself whenever in times of need or challenge, I just remind myself how cool it is that I’m even alive and aware that I’m alive and that I’m reminded that I’m the most magical being in the universe and so are you and all of you reading this and when you said at the seven minute and 30 second mark at least I’m a human just living this cool human temporary life, I paused it and started laughing and just..
