Jill and Randy, you two motivate me to write a list of movies to watch-a lot of times there’s nothing on TV that interests us. Thanks for the recommendations. When it rains it pours on home repairs or appliances giving out. You’ve been missed. Last Signature Glass of Wine was back in February . Jill enjoy lunch out with a friend! Keep posting, because we are watching. Thank you!

I always look forward to these. And not just because it's an excuse for me to pour a beverage! Sorry for your appliance troubles. In my family, we used to say that there were "gremlins in the devices" causing the havoc! Enjoy your dinner, Jill, at a resturant -- it'll be nice for you to feel normal again.

Haven't seen either. Can't say whether we'll watch Barbie or not. Oppenheimer is one we'd see for sure.

Yes, agree with your assessment of Mrs. Maisel and the language (but I enjoy the characters and how they interact); Love "Bottle Shock" and have watched multiple times,. I'll have to check out some of your new movie suggestions and see if I enjoy those. Good to see you both! and Congratulations on your chemo treatment. Nope, your lives aren't dull, even talking about appliances and their woes. It's real life. Yes, Portland, Seattle, all the beautiful cities on the water are absolutely destroyed. This didn't have to happen. The 'leadership' is the cause of the destruction. It will take decades to fix. So very sad. I live in Bremerton, a 1-hour ferry ride west from Seattle. You will have to show your loom/weaving project sometime. Have a blessed weekend and hope you'll have ice and air conditioning all summer long!!

Hi Karen. Good to see you. We like Bremerton. Used to love to take the ferry into Seattle. We've not been up that way in years. I'm happy to hear you like Bottle Shock. What a great movie, right?

It's just nice to hear from you, and to find out how things are going in a different part of the country. Masking is optional, here in my part of Southeastern Wisconsin, and especially since the end of April, in Medical facilities that I frequent. I still keep my distance from others as much as possible though. I'm sorry to hear about your Appliances seemingly ganging up on you, and the roof joining in the conspiracy. Hopefully, all will be resolved soon. 🥰

Our rural king tractor and hardware sells chest freezers. Our air conditioner would not work. We had trouble with electric off and on and it ruins stuff. I even asked my hubby did you check to make sure the 220 plug is working he said yes. Well, he bought a new one and its big he has bone on bone on shoulders and is going to have shoulders worked on soon. Had the neighbor lift old one out and told him to take for scrap, well new one did not work either. The man helping said to you check the thing in the panel box, which I asked him if they go bad. Sure enough the old one would have worked. $1000. He had that blood clot on his brain 3 yrs ago, and he doesn't think normal at times. Same with the toilet. He had one and had to take out and got a new one. He had the whole insert for the one he threw away and it could have been fixed it was beige to go with the tub. He could have fixed it. He wastes so much money and you can't tell him any different. Frustrating.

Have you heard of the all things of 3? Things always happen in threes. We had a frig die, a washer die and a tv in a month.
