That bench has to be killing your groups. Look how much it moves. $75 and a half day you could have a dandy bench

i own one of these rifles and my biggest improvement on accuracy was replacing the stock . i put on a mdt xrs stock and i can tell you this stock is a beauty it fits you like ojays glove . words cant describe . i dont think anybody makes a better stock . and my groups went from 1 to 1 1/2 at 100 to a 1/8 group at 100 and 1/2 groups at 500 yards . trust me this gun shoots but the carbon fiber barrels have alot of whip and the factory plastic stock just dont cut it ... once you lock it down solid youll be amazed ..trust me this baby shoots like you wont believe . also i reload my own bullets no factory garbage..cheers happy shootin !!!

What’s your bullet you are using and current COAL? I have mine in a MDT Hunt 26 Chassis. Longest I can go with Hammer Hunter 124 gr is 2.925.

Let your barrel cool between shots might see improvement

For the money they charge for the rifle unimpressive! None of those groups were decent but that’s what you get with factory ammunition. Hopefully the barrel will settle in as I was planning on buying the same rifle but???

While it is expensive to the average joe compared to the guns in the category they are trying to put this gun in it is a budget rifle. While it may not seem like he shot a lot of rounds terribly fast, this is a stainless sleeved carbon barrel that stainless sleeve will cool fairly quick it will get very hot very quick and accuracy will suffer. These light weight hunting guns are really meant to shine on cold bore shots. My franchi momentum elite in 6.5prc will hold the first 3 shots great but by shot 5 it’s throwing them and the barrel is smoking, they’re not really plinking guns. I have a Bergara b14 hmr in 6.5 creedmor with bull barrel on it and she can go a lot longer but no matter the case a hot barrel is the enemy of accuracy. Also PRC chambered rifles can tend to be picky on factory ammo. I’m a lefty with a couple right handed guns but really wanting to get more lefty’s and I’m tore between this in lefty 7mm prc and the tikka t3x in 7mm rem and I don’t think either would be a bad, I might just get this in 7mm and tikka in 243 or something lol I wouldn’t let this dissuade you from buying the gun, just have to figure out what it likes

I handload for my savage 110 ultralight and a bad group is 0.4moa. I have seriously shot benchrest competitions with it to practice. If you are not handloading the best you can expect is 1-1.25 moa.. that is any factory ammo.
