Way back in 2008-2009 I was replacing some parts in my P226 and my main spring went flying into another dimension never to be seen again. So I call up Sig to verify the part number to make sure I ordered the correct part. The service rep sent me a new spring completely free of charge with 2 day shipping. For you guys use to Amazon, back in the day getting something in the mail in two days was expensive and unheard of. Sig has always taken care of me, no matter if it was a problem with the gun or my fault.

definitely a nice looking firearm.... I've always been a fan. I have the P320 X5 Legion and RXP X Compact.... love them both. The 226 might be next.... Great story/video as usual.. Very informative. How's the prodigy doing (post upgrades and fixes)?

The whole Legion lineup is outstanding! There’s so much history with the 226. It was one of those Guns I just had to have, 🤷🏽‍♂️ the 226 Legion is one of my favorite Guns so when the 226 X5 Legion came out,😮‍💨 it was an instant purchase. -Prodigy- Loving it now!! It’s been running flawless for a min. With the addition of the SRO it really changed the game! It’s like that optic was specifically designed for that pistol. Next thing up for the Prodigy is porting. #RobbArmstrong

Yeah, the one I have been looking at is the older one that the seals used... ive been searching for an affordable one to no avail so I may just get the new one. Ive got a prodigy under construction.... between your channel and a some others, I have been getting all the parts needed to make it run like a top and look different from some of the others. as soon as im done, I will post a video. Trying to decide whether I want this version or the P226 X5 original. This was my first choice but another channel complained about the scratches inside the compensator and on the outer gun after the first range visit.

The only reason i don't buy anymore the Legion lineup is because Sig doesn't provide ANY support nor customer service to Puerto Rico for the Legion concierge. They don't value our efforts to get that lineup. I learned the hard way when I bought the pair of P226 and P229 Legion. They say they don't deal with us... just.. like... that.. like we're animals...

@@robbarmstrong8702 Believe me... as far as firearms go, you will LOVE the P229 and P226 Legion. There's no question about it! For mi is just the customer service and no support to Puerto Rico. We don't even appear on their list. You will love the P226 and P229. Believe it!!!

There is one thing with the Legion X5 that drove me nuts. A perfect flawless gun. Here is the issue. Remove the rear sight like you do the Legion 320 remove the slide and remove the 2 screws from the sight mount. Once removed you can mount the optic. On the back of the gun you will notice where the rear sight hung over the back of the gun there is 2 indent holes and a screw hole to mount a rear sight. I wish it had a plate to cover it with the optic. No they don't. So you have to order a rear sight if you want that covered and guess what? All out of stock. i do agree their customer service is the definition of customer service and they ship things fast. I remember other gun websites use to be that fast and now not so much.

@@robbarmstrong8702 I signed up to be notified was hoping to get that at least. LOL. I just checked and yes the front and rear sight are in stock. Last week they were not. Just the rear sight at 79 bucks is showing out of stock as of early this morning 10-24-2023.

@@robbarmstrong8702 With a Sig p320 it looks fine without. With this new Legion there is this gawdy hole left in the back of the slide. If there was a cover for it I would be ok with that. To me it doesn't look right.
