Is the code that you're using one that you have created or the original code that came with the lock?

I created that code I am not sure the lock comes with codes

My lock went dead suddenly and with new batteries. What do i do?

I might new batteries but that concerning I might make sure the springs in the battery pack are connected still. You may need new lock

Unfortunately my handles are not connecting to the latch
