When I took off the 3 nuts that were shown under the mirror. When I removed them, I didn’t have any other additional screws on my 2011 Sinna LE Van, that I could tighten up.

I hear you about the stroke, I get dizzy every time I look at mine. In my case on my ‘19 Chrysler Pacifica is the glass itself that’s lose. I think it needs ti be re-glue it, but I’m afraid to pry on it and brake it..

I have a 2016 Sienna SE. the mirrors fold all the way back now. Would this same process work for me? Thanks

My dealer could have fixed this but they said it was not fixable. They replaced the mirror with aftermarket one. The mirror is tight... but is not stable while driving. closing the door, engine vibration, bumps cause it to shake. A pretty lousy replacement. I went back and asked for the old mirror but they said they had already tossed it. This is CarMax Dealer. I am returning and insisting they fix so does not shake.

I have 2015 as well and I found a hole in mine. Were you able to fix it?

2014 doesn't have those 3 interior screws only one accessable one

Great video, I have found that the new Toyotas vans are very poor quality with stupid stuff like this mirror problem, squeeks, rattles, door opening on its own while driving then closing with no one in the van, brake pedal clunks while pressing/releasing, and are quickly becoming POS's.. I would never buy another one, I was forced to buy mine because of the AWD feature that no other manufacturer makes for vans.
