    sir this traditional yoko Giri style kick with foot blade is ok. but Real kyokushin fighters kick with heel . That is more effective and knockout Power

    It's a good question. Each attack has a correct method. But if you can knock out someone with one attack in another way, that's good method too. It's said by Mas Oyama... Osu...
