This is a really good video idea. The title of the 3rd book in The Band series could indicate it has Jain's band in it, or I might be reading too much into it. If we don't get Doors of Stone, I'd love to know more of Auri's backstory. Same with Elodin. I haven't read Starter Villain, but Dungeon Crawler Carl has a lot of cat action if you've ever in the mood for a funny book with a bit of social commentary. I'd like some side character spin-of books from a few First Law characters.

Thank you! I hope Jain gets her own book. I did think that it could be when I say Outlaw in the title, but I'm not sure. Ooo! I completely forgot about Elodin. He would definitely be an interesting character to know more about. I have Dungeon Crawler Carl on my TBR due to your recommendation. It sounds fantastic! I did think of the First Law series when making this video, but I haven't continued with the other books in that world so I wasn't sure if any of those characters do eventually get their own story. I need to pick up the next book soon!

When I clicked on this video I instantly knew you would bring up Jane! 😂 I would read that book. I’ve had The Name of the Wind & The Broken Earth series on my eventual tbr for so long now. I want to read them both. This was a fun concept!

Of course! I just had to. I want more sass and shenanigans from the silk arrows. At least the Broken Earth trilogy is complete, so you could binge it if you wanted to (although it is fairly dense so not sure I would recommend that 🤣). I think you're going to love The Name of the Wind, but alas the series isn't finished! Hopefully he will complete book 3 soon. Thank you!

I think Po needs a bunch of short stories - like vignettes 😄

I need to read Daughter of the Forest! Ooo! I agree Moog would be a fun character to have his own story. Oh my gosh! I would also love to have a Luc story from Addie Larue. You are speaking my language!!

I often seem to love side characters more than the mc's... Maybe we need to start petitioning authors to do side character spin offs more often!

Any side character from Kings of the Wyld 💪 I had so much FUN reading this. I need a re read, maybe after Christmas 🤔 I just cant read The Name of the Wind, since its not finished. I do like to binge read series and no conclusion would make me 🤪 Im not at home, but Fourth Wing, the room mate...I cant remember her bame, but I remember thinking, I wanted to know more about her than the main characters. Next, Dresden Files, I want to read about his best friend Michael and his wife Charity. Religious, bad asses, funny, stubborn, driven, etc. Last, JD Robb near futuristic detective murder of the month type series. There are over 50 books with a great found family. Main character is Eve Dallas, but her partner at work is Delilah Peabody, total opposite of Eve. I would love a book on her live growibg up with hippie parents, artists, carpenters, farming, along with her siblings, etc.... Great idea Danni. ✨ I need Malice!!

Ooo! A reread of Kings of the Wyld! That will be a lot of fun!! I get not starting The Name of the Wind until it is completed. It's been so long so I will be rereading the first 2 when the 3rd comes out. I don't remember the roommates name either, but I know what you mean. I haven't read Dresden Files or the detective stories by JD Robb. Funny and stubborn bad asses are right up my alley. And growing up with hippie parents would definitely be a fun origin story to see.
