How can a jeweler size this ring ? . Also I would like to see this technique incorporated with exampled video How to make a Faberge Imperial egg .

You don’t size this ring. You make another one in the correct size. In a pinch, you can pull the gems in a line, cut and size the ring up, and then refill the ring-however it must be to the nearest gemstone diameter, or else it cannot be surrounded in gems again. There will be a blank space of gold.
Do they use pneumatic graver?
I imagine they practice on something besides gold and rubies. 😉😉
