@Saumya Sinha But then, just having a degree doesn't mean u r a good engineer or doctor or anything! Anyway, Even this person is educated enough to lead a better life as per his/her capability!, he/she isn't illiterate to the very least! U should know that most or substaintial part of the engineers in India r first generation engineers especially from parental background of illiterates or lower class work type! But in professions like doctor, most of the them have either parental background of doctors or good class work type, etc..U see the difference in education level of the parents in these two professions, etc.. More engineers r mainly due to it's far relatively economic to study engineering than medical, be it government or private or international or other! But I bet that the next generation from them, be it engineer or whatever, it will be a reckoning force!

Girl, that's the sign of a bad lawyer. The key to win a case is to trick the witness as much as you can. Once they're confused n start to change the statement they made before, that could be a huge plus point for you n you can use it against the witness or accused.

Then I'll be damned, I want to study law after I finish class 12, and I understand Hindi (somehow) and also speaks a little bit! 🤣🤣 But I'd be more confident with English if I ever get to achieve my dreams. Not saying that I'm good at it, of course not! But studying ABC since birth and only English since birth and English is like my second language, and on the other hand I only know Hindi because I'm a citizen of India and through movies and all. I'm terrified.

@@grandefrppc Its okay, don't be afraid! I'm sure the judges and all higher officials understand good English. If you're till worried, someone else can translate you if you want. Plus not all of India speaks Hindi!!! There are soooo many languages, regional dialects, accents that its sometimes difficult to understand someone else from your own state!! So you're not alone! I'm not sure but I think places like Mumbai, Delhi, Noida, Chandigarh will speak a lot of English. There're many kids who speak English a lot more than Hindi, especially those who're well off.

While curing, some amount of water falls on their area and they are just abusing us on that matter . ( They have not left even a inch space while construction and their compound wall it is attached to their house which is 10 feet . We lack air and light even though we haven't complained about it ) Is it their duty to adjust ? We have also installed tarpul on their house but even though some amount of water falls on their backyard . Or should we stop curing it 😑😐

But here the important point is to note that the first girl who used the word" yaah " standing on the witness box is not permissible in an open court. This is a very important point to remember that the informal words like yaah , gonna , wanna etc are restricted to use in an formal environment . So these type of words must not be used in an open court otherwise the judge may get angry and scold you in the open court very badly. And one point to note that instead of using the word "ok " we must use the word" alright " in the open court.

6:15 she said "comprised of" , the grammatically correct sentence would be - it consisted of a lot of people or it comprised a lot of people

Agree to disagree. When you use the word 'Comprises' in the present participle, the object in reference will follow immediately. However, in the case of the word 'Comprised' (past partciple), the modifier 'of' is generally correct.
