Shai, sorry to hear you are not feeling your usual self. I had some of the symptoms you are experiencing and had to do my Caribbean remedies as well. I drank a lot of thyme tea along with the lemon, honey, cayenne and garlic, gargled my throat with warm salt water and kept myself hydrated. Get well greetings from the sunshine state! ❤❤

I've never heard of garlic in the socks. I've tried cut onion in the sock or even next to my bed, something about the vapors is supposed to help decongest. Drinking boiled onion liquid and/or boiled pear liquid helped me alot with colds in the past. Get well ❤

We always did hot water, Brandy, honey and lemon juice. They are called hot Toddy. 2 oz of Whisky or Brandy, 0.25 lemon juice, 0.25oz of honey. Mix together with hot water. Good luck.

Wondering why you don't have a yoga instruction channel? You could post several "beginner" videos that teach the names of the main poses and then just film your yoga session once per week, showing us the pose, where you can stop if you're a beginner and then continue into the pro pose for people who already have the flexibility and balance that you have. You would be monitized and earning your own living in no time! You could even do 15 minutes then offer longer sessions for superfans for increased income. Either way I'm rooting for your guys's happiness and success💗
