    味精是海帶提取物 如果要說是科技 那砂糖也是 , 有一個說法是美國中餐有段時期用太瘋,而味精食多會水腫心率等問題,但要是按現在的認知 砂糖更毒 而且是不管什麼菜 好食都會放點糖調味😂

    量大 溫度 舍得下材料 就進味 ,拌雞爪很多地方都有 ,你要是做不進味是你的問題。它機械拌的時候也會發熱。 我簡單說個例子,涼拌黃瓜 為什麼有些店現拌也很進味 ,反而泡久就不好食了
