We had a male Siberian and he was the most affectionate, chillest cat I’ve ever been around. He LOVED to hunt and would wait for bugs to come it at night (I’m in FL). He was mistaken for a small dog on more than one occasion.

We have a neva masquerade Siberian just like Deku. Her name is Athena and she is about 18 months old now. Such a wonderful cat. Always wants to be around her humans, but not in our laps. Even as a tiny kitten, she would want to sleep next to us on the couch or in the same room somewhere, but we could not hold her. Its fine, they all have unique personalities. She is otherwise super affectionate.

awwww she sounds adorable! and its amazing that you let her come to you at her own terms. deku is the same, she hates being picked up, and will only cuddle me n be a lap kitty if she feels like it lol

Lmao, same for my little Cirilla. She's 16 month now and even if she always want to play, when my gf or i want to pick her up, she instantly transform into some 18th century princess and look at us like we were plebs trying to touch her 😂. Those are my favourite moments because i take some snacks for her and she again turn into the Queen of all snackdiggers lol. I prefer these tricks instead of just picking her like her human mother does hoping everytime she could stay a lil bit longer in her arms. Beautiful Cats. Since your Cats are female too, i wonder if with a male is different?

Love this video but so hard to watch because we lost our 15y/o neva masquerade, Puddin this summer. She was so soft she didn't feel real! We still have our 15y/o siberian silver tabby Monty. He became even more vocal right after Puddin was gone.

I also have a neva masquerade cat, her name is Connie, she's 4 and super cute. She sleeps on me, walks behind me all the time, she also meows a lot. If I could recommend someone some cat breed, Siberians are the most fun and cute
