hi Ysai! We stayed first in Kubo Siargao Homestay, then we moved to GardenView Homestay (this is the place I showed in the video with the 12k price). I don’t have a list of accomodations with monthly rates but what I can suggest is 1. Follow the facebook page of Siargao Tourism Center. facebook.com/125025018174348/posts/760086444668199/?d=n You can find the list of DOT accredited accomodations here. And contact them directly if they offer monthly rates. 2. Join Siargao Local Travel Guide facebook group: facebook.com/groups/2384364125013932/?ref=share There are people who posts monthly rates for homestays/accomodations. 3. if you need a better internet signal, find a homestay around Brgy. Catangnan, coz it’s near the signal tower. 4. Or book a one-2 week accomodation then dun ka na maghanap mismo sa Siargao. this is what we did so we can personally see the place of the room/house and we can negotiate the monthly price with the owner, unlike if magbook ka directly sa airbnb/booking.com . hi! it's the same with tourists. But if you can provide proof of residency, much better. And non-residents don't need antigen test from time to time :)

hi! to be honest, hindi po stable ang internet dito, specially if may bagyo or bad weather kasi signal-based lng po ang internet dito. what we usually do is may backup kami (globe and smart wifi or mobile data)

Ano ung speed ng wifi dun sa GardenView Homestay? Un Globe LTE ano speed? Thanks a lot as vids, malaking tulong sa pag plano ko na mag punta sa Siargao.

We use Gomo LTE sim, umaabot ng halos 20mbps. Then sa Garden View usually around 10mbps :) mabilis po early morning, mabagal sa gabi hehe

Hi! Sa Surigao Port po kami sumakay. 4500 php po ang 7-seater car. Montenegro Shipping Lines po kami nagbook. Usually dapat po kayo mgpa-book 5days before your schedule kasi usually fully booked po. and yung roro is 5am and 11am lang ang schedule everyday. And 3hours before your schedule, dpat nasa port na kayo :)
