Bear hug vs upper cut is about timing, never 100%, but people do not generally bear hug while tossing a kick or while tacking a knee into the groin.

Just go do one round at an mma gym. This is a joke

I did numerous rounds against MMA gym folks recently and posted video. Winning cage fighters, and I did fine. However hitting the back of the neck and punchng the throat, kneeing the groin....all against the sport rules of an MMA sparring match, sow hy would i "test" this application in an MMA setting?

There's an army of clones who make this exact comment under every martial arts video and its only use is to mark the commenter as a fool. You've clearly misunderstood what you've seen and in the unlikely event that you actually train in anything, you're obviously doing it for the shallowest of reasons. MMA is a sport with rules. Go play your games.
