My mom does spam or ham, i use chicken or shrimp. Lol Ik ham sounds odd but it works. I prefer shrimp thoo

as a rice lover myself, this is so appetizing!

I'm malaysian and I looovee shrimp fried rice. The real Yongchow way with peas and diced carrot cubes and crabstick and a crisp fried egg on top, with the full charred wok taste!! Making me hungry just thinking abt it!

HINT: When using starchy rice, like Japanese rice, you must use day old rice. Leaving it for at least a day in the refrigerator dries it out and makes it perfect for making fried rice! 💕💕💕

@@mindfulmagician7550 We always wash our rice before cooking. Japanese rice is naturally sticky and you have to let it dry out before making fried rice. We usually use the rice that's leftover from one or two days of meals. 💕😺

Used a 3/2 ratio golden mountain seasoning and panda brand oyster sauce. Put teaspoon of "Pantai" chili paste with soya bean oil, and some curry powder on it, then when you served it add some Sriracha sauce on top and see how you like that.

Yum. Another trick to up your fried rice game... Need add ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and maybe Hoisin sauce and/or oyster sauce. I have similar wok and it is a great wok, for the price. Great bang for the buck.

Its perfect for my fried rice. , kimchi, green onion, thick slice pork belly. sauce to make into fried rice is Gochujang, soysauce, and little bit oyster sauce panda brand.

I don’t think Vietnam has Bangladesh restaurant yet. It is delicious when I try in Houston location but I don’t remember seeing any Bangladesh restaurants in Vietnam we have few Pakistan n Indian restaurants
