Great review Samma3a! The 1.4 is my current daily driver. I'm (apparently) a bit treble sensitive compared to other folks (TRN and Tape sound great, but too much 3-4k), but the 1.4 hits a sweet spot for me. Mids are warm and more toward my liking. If you like the wider sound of spiral tips, consider sedna lights for an equally wide but more focused sound. Final Audio E tips produce an intimate playback and are as comfortable as the spiral dots.

how is the soundstage, instruments separation, and imagining?

How is the bass on the 1.4, same as the 1.1? (more mid bass and roll off sub bass)
