Because Brad always trains a bunch of rich little social media stars that have never had to actually work for anything in their lives. Obviously Noah is a rich little social media star as well but luckily he was raised and learned work ethic and dedication playing sports when he was younger, good on him though, he def is a hard worker.

bin 2000 oh I honestly truly didn’t know that, well yea it’s definitely obvious he grew up playing sports just because you learn something growing up playing sports that you can’t learn in the real world really and that’s being coach able and dedicated and disciplined.

I do that first shoulder exercise/stretch with a hockey stick everyday and before every workout. Not only feels amazing, but its the best warm up for any exercise.
