I can tell you that I did these exercises and became aware of my posture by tucking my pelvis, lifting my shoulders and dropping them into the pockets throughout the day and within two days my shoulder blades are now even. Your daily posture is definitely the clue.

Very helpful! Now I understand what is happening in my shoulder and how to correct it. Thank you!
So hard to find experts with the right answer these days. So far this is the best explanation I have found that explains the mechanics behind sagging shoulder. Excellent video.
I felt tight and noticed my dominant hands shoulder was lower than the other. Found this video and it made sense. After a day at work (desk job) focusing on my posture, I was able to pinpoint where my pain was coming from. I was able to lay back over my foam roller, take a deep breath in and release with a deep pop and sense of relief! My pain was instantly gone and my shoulders are even! Amazing!

Hello. Are your shoulders still even?
This has really helped me. I only just realised I had a problem a few months ago. my non domenant shoulder felt so much different from the other. I will try these excises. Thank you!!
Thank you for being on KZread. A friend of my notice that I was out of liniment with my shoulder. Very upset! But watching you guys gave me hope. Thank you❣
I didn’t measure or anything, but even doing that stretch a once for a minute or so already made a difference it look like! My should still aren’t completely even, but they’re a lot closer I feel. Definitely gonna keep this up for a while and I hope for more good results!
You are absolutely right .. I use the mouse for hours and hours in the wrong way .. I usually extend my arm and rest my elbow on my desk to use it, thinking that is more relaxing. Thanks for the advice.
Thanks... it's been about 12 days since I was here and I just keep singing "Brad and Bob, the two most famous, physiotherapists..." to complete strangers...
Thank you very much Dr. Bob and Dr. Brad. May God bless you, your families, your channel and all of your subscribers. Thanks a lot.
You two seem like very nice friendly and just good people. Thanks for the video.
Thank you so much! I spent a ton of money going to a chiropractor who didn't solve the problem at all when I could've just watched this! Wish I had seen it sooner.

Just wonderful, I've been looking for "swimmer muscle imbalance" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Reenrianna Imbalances Redemption - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my work buddy got cool success with it.
These are the types of videos that drew me to Bob and Brad. I'm glad that, for some reason, it was suggested to me today.
Ill be back! Learning more and more about my own body and how to adjust it. Thanks guy's you're the best.
This video worked wonders, I just did some of the stretches today and can already see significant difference
I've been dealing with drop shoulder of my dominant arm for about three years now. The pain and discomfort has become a big part of my life. You can only rub dirt on it and go on for so long. I have a feeling you two just made a huge improvement on my Quality of life!

Very helpful. While I am going to a chiropractor for T.O.S. and they have taught me some of the same exercises you show here, no-one has ever mentioned the obvious unevenness of my shoulders. Now I understand a little better why they aren't level. I will definitely try your computer mouse tips since my shoulder tends to rise up during this activity.
I might not comment all the time.but I watch all your video and I show and tell people about you guys.I really appreciate you help.Thank you.
Thanks guy, just with simple tips im improving my posture, moving the mouse clouser to my shoulder helps me a lot, cheers from Argentina
I'm left handed, but I use my computer a lot, and I use my right hand on my mouse, in a posture similar to the posture that you said is wrong. This is definitely the cause, and I thank you guys for getting me on the right path. Love from India
Helped right away. Thanks!!
Thanks I will work on this for my self! Great video, I hadn’t thought of that before! Take care Bob!
Really loving all your vids. I have winging. Is taking me a long time of consistent effort to correct. Thanks.
Thank you very much. Recently I have noticed that my dominant shuolder was much lower and I thought it had been developed naturally. I was terrified. Now, as you explained the reason I'm not worried anymore. Thank you for making this vedio I hope these exercises will help
I don’t comment on videos much but come across your channel and thought I’d check it out. I have suffered with my back and a dropped shoulder for about 8 years. I did these exercises for a couple of weeks and I feel so much better. Also my shoulder doesn’t droop anymore and looks almost normal. Thank you so much.

My dominant shoulder (right side) is higher than the other, likely due to the heavy school bag i used to carry everyday only on my right shoulder in high school and i've been trying to correct this for a long time now, i've been working out but it's not making any difference. Big thank you for this video and I hope and pray it will help me alot in fixing it
The dominant hand thing is exactly what I was searching for, thank you.
WOW!!! My latest physical exam revealed yet another problem - uneven shoulders. I watched your video yesterday and did the "put my shoulder blades in my back pockets" exercise multiple times throughout the day. Both my husband and I noticed this morning that my shoulders already appear even! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for providing such valuable information.

Great tip on computer mouse posture, my right scapula is definitely as they describe and I reach way too far forward with mouse arm, and will need to correct it. PC gamer for over over 20 years 😅 has lead to right side weakness/pain. I have some work to do on that scap.
absolutely amazing. i did one stretch to the side and my shoulders are now level when i squeeze them together. really wish my non-dominant shoulder would stop giving out when i lift, though :'(

You should start with your mom dominant side and then do the same amount with your dominant. That way your dominant doesn't do more than your non dominant can.

Wow my body mechanics are all wrong! No wonder my dominant shoulder is killing me
I always enjoy your videos. They are also very informative!
Love your channel. It helped me alot with some injuries. Been a follower for long time. Can you please make a video about "my left shoulder pulls itself forward when i try to do any workout while sittingor standing, like bicep curls, overhead dumbbell press etc." My physical therapist couldn't help neither any chiropractor so far and there isn't any video on it on KZread either. Thanks i highly appreciate.
I'm right handed and my left shoulder/trap is really overdeveloped compared to the other. I've had pain from this every since childhood. Gets excruciating if I sit down and work at a desk for too long. I was taking piano lessons from elementary to high school, and it would often get excruciating to practice due to my left shoulder, and I was put off practice due to that. Finally I have an explanation (and hopefully a fix).
A nice and very simple advice.
Nice explanation

Awesome! Bob and Brad, thank you so much for doing this video! My shoulders have been uneven for years and I've watched several vids by other people but they only mention the tight trap raising 1, which isn't my issue. My right shoulder is dominant and it is lower and when I work out it affects numerous of my muscles. ex: my right lateral delt is larger than my left, but my right trap and pec are smaller than my left.

Dude, you guys are AWESOME. I wish you were located around my neck of the woods
Hello, I just love you guys! I'm a massage therapist and refer clients to your channel all the time. After a trip to Disney, too many rollercoasters, a heavy shoulder bag, and a 20 hr drive, my dominant shoulder is in a lot of pain. It's lowered and in certain positions, with head rotated to affected shoulder, feels like a couple ribs and clavicle are pressing on brachial plexus. Nerve symptoms never make it down the arm, whew. Are there any more videos or specific strengthening you can recommend? So very appreciative!
Bob and Brad, I noticed that a lot of people have this problem shown on 4:08 I have this problem too! I'm an artist (drawing) and last year I started to have impingment in my brachial plexus because my back and shoulder muscles couldn't hold my collarbone anymore and it starts pressing my nerves. I'm working out 4 times a week and my shoulder is less uneven, but my collarbone continues to be misaligned. Could you guys do a video about this? Putting excercises to help people heal of this condition? I would be so grateful! Best wishes for you guys, you are the best fisio on internet!!!
Helpful! Thank you!

Bob and brad ... i m glad you made video on this topic ...i also have a uneven shoulder due to heavy back workout so now my left shoulder is higher then the right one and i did shrugs many times form right shoulder but didnt worked can you suggest me some exercise of lavator scapula i think that needs to be worked out

thanks for sharing. My prodominent shoulder dropped sense my job requires me to use a mouse all day every day. And I guess I did not pay attention to my posture but Im surely looking at the uneven shoulder that has slowly appeared. Going to try your ideas. Thanks for sharing.
Loving the value you two provide. Also enjoying the production improvements (specifically audio). Where are you based?
My right shoulder is about 4 inches lower than my left. I have also had 4 surgeries on it and one on the left. I have did hundreds of therapy and it is what it is.
Thank you
Very much informative 👍👍
Yeah man.... That's what i was searching for..... Thank u sir that's great!
My advice is to do what these guys say. I recently watched the newest shoulder impingement therapy that they demonstrated, and my shoulder is already about a billion times better since adopting those strategies. which, by the way, are pretty easy.
Great suggestions!!! Question....how long do you think it would take to see results once you start implementing these exercises into your routine? I can't tell if my right shoulder is low or my left is high.
Amazing!
Like the video but im still confused. Should I be trying to bring down my dominant shoulder or bring up the weaker one?
Very nice fellas
very cool, thanks
Thanks a lot!
Thanks man
That was really helpful
im a fan of u guts already!! really helpful video..!!
if your shoulders are uneven and you do these exercises how long does it generally take to notice improvement or until they are even?
My dominant shoulder has been higher. I noticed it 13 years ago I will try the exercises.
What if they're both raised? Does the same apply? My shoulders are raised and painful when I wake up in the morning. And generally also when you look at my posture, shoulders are high up unless I actively and consciously pull them down (and can hold it for couple of minutes only) :(
can this problem causes chronic spasm in nech trapizus rhomboid etc .. or heavy deltoid muscles thank u
Thank you Greatly!! Since starting to work from home my posture (neck and right shoulder) have been suffering - these techniques and lessons aided tremendously.
This helped already... I was down 3 or more inches and 15lb weight with a few shoulder tucks brought me up 2+ inches. My sister is a massage therapist and she checked my scapula too. Good stuff here thank you!
V nice video I get Same problem due to writing in my right shoulder my shoulder blade is not on its place
love your videos thankyou
