Once and for all.. it is "biceps" and "triceps" for singular and plural. Explanation: The biceps has two parts, the triceps has three parts. Latin: Musculus biceps, Musculi bicipites. Musculus triceps, Musculi tricipites.

I struggle with getting the right timing for this throw and doing it to a moving/resisting person. Will you show how to set up this throw and how to create the opportunity to use it?

Timing is difficult for this one, yes I will do a video about SetUps and entries to this one. You need to create forward push from your opponent, usually by pushing against him.
