Difference between " having strong shoulders and having strong delts"
Information from Dr. Shallow in the 2 series so far is some of the best I've ever come across . . .
The first series on hip health was awesome and now this one is just as great!! Please keep The Muscle Doc on for another series. I have friends and colleagues who have hip and shoulder issue, it's great to point them to a place I know full well they can either move better or identify the cause of their imbalance.
It’s has been a great series on shoulders. I will begin implementing these great tips immediately! Thanks guys.
Really great serious, thanks guys!
Great series guys. You deserve more subs and views!!
Been a great series about the shoulders. Where are the hundreds of thousands of views and comments? Im so confused how everybody can watch those complete tossers on sixpack shortcuts and not watch this great channel Another great video from these great guys!

Great video!!!
great stuff!! really learning useful things.
Great series... I have a horrible right shoulder from baseball when I was younger & lifting with horrible form in high school... then the cherry on top I landed dead on my right shoulder almost 3yrs ago in a mountain bike fall🙄🙄🙄 unfortunately it's never been the same... maybe some of these exercises will help🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻
Hip health series is great too.. Two complicate girdles which don't often understand. Really good vidoes.
Awesome
1:55 great point diff b/w strong (healthy) shoulders vs strong delts
Awesome informative videos, guys. Could you do some trapezius muscle activation and exercises? Thank you.
This was great 👏
This exercise was a major part of my recovery from frozen shoulder. It sucked for a very, very long time, however, when finally through the rehab, my shoulder mobility and stability is the best that it's ever been. Great video.

Every other day, for a month and a bit. Now I do it as a warmup, for shoulder exercises. Start with 10lb, up to 25lb KB.

@TheCheeseMan12131 It is completely up to you and what your goals are. Can you do something and should you do something, have potentially very different answers. Maybe try for a week and see what the results are. I have found that every other day is what works best for me.

Can you do a series on knee health?
@TheXan57

Knees goes hand in hand with hip health, so you do not have to do very much more to keep them healthy when you already care about your hip health.
Great series. If only I wouldn't have played baseball for 15 years and maybe my right shoulder would be strong like my left.
would you say the bottom up press to be more of a challenge or test exercise ? or does it help in rehab or any other purpose ?
What muscles does this exercise target? I suppose rotator cuffs or other shoulder muscles as well? Is it enough on its own to train rotator cuffs or do we need that band workout as well?
70.5 lbs kettlebell for 20 reps ,if you have strength in your hands ,you can do this
Holy sh*t. I only have a 22 pound kettlebell here, so I tried this and .... lets just say I'll have to practice just the hold in front of the body for a few months before trying the overhead press.
some chalk is essential here
how would you incorporate exercice like this in your program?

@@nvmffs for inverted kettle bell.prrss yeah but thats not a strength issue it's hand strength and scapula stability rotator cuff. I actually can push press a little easier on the left my triceps are s little stronger on the left I am focusing on symmetry now.
Dr swallow do u like mustard?
dude makes that kettle bell look like it's made out of foam
Bro said this is the lightest one they have while holding a big azz ball
Geez, i thought that was like a 53 @the_muscle_doc put up
This guy has probably forgotten more about muscle dynamics than I will ever know.

I'm a simple man, I see Jordan Swallow with his annoying vocal fry and his kooky chiro pseudoscience, I hit dislike.
