The first series on hip health was awesome and now this one is just as great!! Please keep The Muscle Doc on for another series. I have friends and colleagues who have hip and shoulder issue, it's great to point them to a place I know full well they can either move better or identify the cause of their imbalance.

Great series... I have a horrible right shoulder from baseball when I was younger & lifting with horrible form in high school... then the cherry on top I landed dead on my right shoulder almost 3yrs ago in a mountain bike fall🙄🙄🙄 unfortunately it's never been the same... maybe some of these exercises will help🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

This exercise was a major part of my recovery from frozen shoulder. It sucked for a very, very long time, however, when finally through the rehab, my shoulder mobility and stability is the best that it's ever been. Great video.

@TheCheeseMan12131 It is completely up to you and what your goals are. Can you do something and should you do something, have potentially very different answers. Maybe try for a week and see what the results are. I have found that every other day is what works best for me.

Knees goes hand in hand with hip health, so you do not have to do very much more to keep them healthy when you already care about your hip health.

What muscles does this exercise target? I suppose rotator cuffs or other shoulder muscles as well? Is it enough on its own to train rotator cuffs or do we need that band workout as well?

70.5 lbs kettlebell for 20 reps ,if you have strength in your hands ,you can do this

Holy sh*t. I only have a 22 pound kettlebell here, so I tried this and .... lets just say I'll have to practice just the hold in front of the body for a few months before trying the overhead press.
