@@matteoclementi I didn't end up getting an iPhone 7, I used my dad's 7 for a day and learned just how horrible the battery is so I bought an android with a big battery

All these reviews on the older iPhones are keeping phone flipping alive I think. Kind of shows how things are getting too expensive these days too. When I was younger I would have upgraded my phone by now, but its almost been 3 years, new battery in my phone now and I intend to keep it for another 2 if I can.

My baby sis has one and still kicking strong. Just need to change the battery in order to keep up with daily usage. 💪🏼

@@dr.kostakious3370 depends on your usage. If you use a lot of apps/games or don't use cloud storage you're going to be more physical storage dependant.

I really appreciate these videos. I am not a techno geek to say the least but I’ve watched many of these videos and have learned so very very much that I can pass on a little advice to other people or even less knowledgeable. I have the iPhone 11 promax which I updated from the iPhone 6s Plus well I was really impressed at how well the 6S plus performed even today. Bottom line being that everything is based on what you need a phone for. For people who basically just talk on the phone and send text and take an occasional photo the older phones are just fine without iOS updates. For people like me who look forward to buying updated phones one day all this information really helps us make wise choices, thank you. You have a friend in Columbus Ohio!

I still have my matte black iPhone 7 128gb as my daily driver, since it came out. Bought it during my freshmen year of college back in 2016. And honestly, I wouldn’t upgrade yet till it’s completely dead. Yes, I had to replace the battery two times (did replace the battery last month for the second time after 2 years), and my battery health is again at 100%. I’m really surprised how the battery health last that long or I’m just one of the few. I don’t care that much for the latest tech, as long as I can make phone calls, use iMessage, WhatsApp, Spotify, Instagram etc, I’m cool with it. My iPhone 7 still runs like a boss.

I switched from the 7 to the X last week and I’ve already gone back to the 7. The X was just too big and I didn’t end up really gaining as much as I thought I would performance or user experience wise. I’ll probably either sell the X or give it to my wife if she wants to switch from Pixel to iPhone.

Epic Review as per always !!!! So underrated still I had the iphone 7 in product red was an epic phone only changed from it to go to an iphone xr in August 2019 Never had any issues with the 7 at all loved the Size and lightweight design

The 7 was the first iPhone with water resistance and dual front speakers but the last with metal back. It was also the first to drop headphone jack. The matte black 7 is my 2nd fav design behind space gray 5S/SE.

I love my iPhone 7, still going strong!

I had an 7 until about a year and a half ago and it was fine, except that the battery was fried since my mom gave it to me. It hardly lasted 2 hours, and I pretty much needed a portable charger at all times. iPhone XR has much better battery life, but other than this one issue, the 7 is still decent. I don’t think you should buy it, but if you already own it you probably don’t need to upgrade unless you want to.

It’s only getting one or two more updates at the most, and it doesn’t have wireless charging, if your on a budget I’d recommend going for an 8 or SE 2 if you can afford to spend a little extra.

How good its the battery performance compared with older versions of iOS?

I had a 6s for years then found a 128gb iPhone 7 for $149 refurbished on Amazon, I am very happy with it the battery health was 100% so they possibly replaced the batteries. I find a smaller form phone better to carry all day. Very informative video just found your channel and subscribed 👍

I got an iPhone 7 three weeks ago (Feb 12) for only $50 on OfferUp. It's a Tracfone prepaid. Practically brand new with only a slight ding on the bottom left corner. Has 95% battery health. I love it!

Using a 7 I’ve had from new. Battery capacity down to 71%, and it drops like a stone when I’m out in very cold weather. After saying that, I agree with you about it being perfect for the (below) average user. Would defo recommend to someone like your/my Mum 👍

my iPhone 7 seems to be pretty good, but I will be switching once the software support is stopped by Apple.. nice video tho

well i saw your video back in 2019 about iphone 7 and guess what i bought it and yeah still works great and yeah i do regret in terms of battery and considering that i shoudlve taken the 7 plus instead and yeah storage sometimes is smth i have been dealing with ever since i had a samsung j2 and samsung z1 (tizen os)

I have this phone for almost 5 years already. I have 256gig version. The silver one. And all i can say is that this phone is a great device. Very durable. The design is beautiful compared to “all glass” design phones. And the home button is still my choice than having a face id or an on-screen fingerprint scanner. The performance is great. And the camera? Well, have you ever wondered what kind of phone these people use on facebook,youtube, tiktok or instagram whenever they post a video or a photo? Maybe not. It’s because it’s not that big of a deal when you are just an average human being who uses your phone for calling,messaging and social media browsing. So yeah! the camera is still great.I only need to replace the battery though. And in that 5 years of using this. I am having it without a protective case. I couldn’t imagine how this would look like or how long it would last if this was a all glass design phone

Get an iPhone 7 on backmarket for only around $120 and you can get it with a new battery. that's what I did and its great!

Its final updates will get the iOS 15 and after the year 2022, it win’t be getting iOS 16 unless it had some A10X for it to get updates.

My first iPhone was an iPhone 7 and it was an amazjng experience! I had it for 2 years and now i´ve upgrated to the 11 which is a beast, absolutely love it!!

I think The iPhone 7 is a standard phone. Nothing bad, nothing outstanding. I’m only bugged about display size and quality. I HEAVILY recommend getting an iPhone that has a larger display (iPhone 12 mini display size as a minimum) I didn’t realise how much the display size mattered untill I upgraded to the iPhone XR. That’s my review 😂.

Bought this phone matte black 128 gb, in 2016 and now 2021, still runs like a champ. The phone is still in good condition, some little micro scratches on the screen and back but nothing bad at all. Idc about the bezels or home button. Had to replace the battery two times tho, but I'm gonna upgrade when my iPhone 7 is completely dead.

i never had an iphone , id prolly try the 7, i cant afford any better then that really, but i have tons of unknowns ... like .. the battery scares me here a bit .. then, its so easy on android to pop in an mp3 in it and play in on a player, i wonder if that can be done with iphones as well? is there an fm radio on it? ect

My iPhone 7 is my main phone and it’s pretty decent. I used this phone for a year and it’s pretty good, personally I feel like it’s fine . But I do feel like the last IOS for the iPhone 7 will be iOS 15

I doubt that. My 6s is still keeping up with updates and I heard the 6s will stop at 15. So I highly doubt the 7 will simultaneously stop updating considering it’s still a good phone today

I’ve used a few different of iPhones and when I use the 7 it’s definitely way more than capable and still a powerful phone. It will probably not only get iOS 15 but I think it has a lot of potential for even iOS 16 in 2022.

Avoid X if you want more power processor, Xr have the best screen on time, buy Xs if you dont like big phone, all of the specs including the size screen of xs and x is same except Xs have a higher processor ...if you dont care about processor X should be enough..buy Xr if you want more battery life

Well done with the video, I think it’s worth buying but I think it’s the oldest iPhone worth buying.
