Is this really a question??? In terms of Character it's 21 definitely, In terms of gameplay perspective I think all three of them awesome in they're own way!

Noctis is hilarious. He's an aggressive himbo who runs around punching the crap out of everything. A total goober who sounds vaguely like Muscle Man from Regular Show-- what's not to love about him? Next to my boy Lee, he's my second favorite character. I had to go all-out for him, and I'm very close to getting him to SSS+ but I can't pull on that banner anymore for now; I'm literally five pulls away from pity and I'm waiting for that S-Rank Choice on the Standard Banner thing when Lamia comes out.

I'm pulling just for his design, character personality, combat and to complete Cerberus. Kuro cooked with Noctis. He's one of my most awaited unit even more than some S ranks. Now I want Ishmael and Teasel.

He and Bridget are two of my favorite A ranks of the new wave when it comes to gameplay feel! Also his coatings are really cool(I prefer the Chinese themed one though)

I was waiting for this video since i love cerberus (honestly i got mad lucky, got No.21 feral in 10 pulls and Vera Garnet in the basic banner) I started playing pgr recently and when i found your channel like last week i was so happy, you guys feed my new hyperfixation in pgr lmao, i was kind of worried i wouldn't be able to find a channel that talked about pgr and wasn't made by a weird guy who oversexualizes female characters and only cares about meta, but then i randomly saw this channel in my main page and now i have binge watched every single video😭 seriously i cannot express how helpful your videos were to me! Pulled for Noctis and his weapon, I also pulled CW's motor pet (back in wintry shackles) for him cause it's red and red is Noctis's favorite color ❤

Noctis' moveset alone makes him worth pulling, heck, I just got into training room to style on bosses. I do have 56/60 on the standard banner, saving that for the free S rank so I suppose I'll have to get the 30 shards to not risk it. Editor oh my goodness choosing Danganronpa music is hecka cool!! I'm quite new to this game, but one of the (MANY) reasons as to why i adore Pgr has to be how cool the attacks of most of, if not all characters are, and Noctis is far from being an exception. I am a huge fan of characters who just punch their way to victory (Honorable mention: Wriothesley form Genshin) and once i'm done building some other characters, he is gonna join my team with Feral for sure. Can't wait to triplle S him in the future. Or for an S-rank frame of him in a long future. Whatever comes first.

Bianca veritas outclass noctis at high investment like at SSS with seg weapon and most people won't invest that much in an S rank cuz that's a whales thing but noctis at SSS outclass Veritas at SS if they both have their 5 or 6 stars and you can work to get him to SSS+ for free then he'll be much better then her

Hello, new player here I started the game when Alpha came out, however it couldn't catch me and I left it but didn't uninstall it. I discovered that WuWa has the same creator as this game and after trying the aforementioned I decided to give it a second chance... I do not regret; I was 4/5 days away from finishing the Noctis patch, however I managed to go from level 10 to 45 in record time to attend his events and obtain it. Since then it has been my main carry and I have it SS3 (SSS on the way), I managed to get Vera - Garnet on the normal banner and save for the "Blue Target" from the Lamia banner and thus get No. 21 - Feral. I know he's already been powercreeped by Alpha but he's SO fun to play that I don't really care, plus I managed to get his skin and it was the one that pushed me to stay in the game (I got him in the first pull) Thanks for your video, sorry if I wrote something wrong, I'm from Venezuela. I love playing him. Especially his taunt after blocking. Just so match with his brawling style. I even beat Nigel with time over 15 mins just because i love how fun it is to see he taunt enemy 😂😂

Ironically i was saving blue ticket since cn announce the blue ticket s rank selector then i splurge it on noctis banner .... yeah i dont regret it. I prob save the selector for wanshi tank s frame later on to make him sss. Not only shredding alot of ice res but luna void would love any sss gen3 tank

I pulled for him cuz I didn't have a lightning attacker, had Feral SS with sig weapon and I didn't want CW cuz she is waaaaay to op for my taste

I would say, don't spend BCs on him, but do spend every blue card you get if you aren't in need of A rank filler for other teams and you have already maxed Hanying, he is very fun and you won't regret maxing him if you do it for free even if it takes some time. Also if it were up to me Vera wouldn't be a single mother anymore. I shall step up and help raise the kids, I love them.
