How about Provisional patent applications before applying for the actual patent to "reserve" and have a smaller spend to protect me while I am marketing the product? Cause I want to do crowdfunding but I have no money to do a full blown patent application and would plan to use the crowdfunding to fund the full cost of the patent application.

Are you referring to the Provisional or Non-Provisional?

Hello sir Can I sell my idea to a company just now applied for patent application (OR) should I wait for the process to be in midway process or after fully completed process?

What if the first to invent person never files for a patent and its 10 years later. I came up with a invention and lo and behold i found a video of something that could be interpreted as same as mine. Is that prier art.

Yes, the video is prior art to any patent application you filed. The US is no longer under a first to invent system. As such, your patent application would be governed under the first to file rule. Under that rule, anything that precedes your filing date is prior art. There is an exception if you made your invention public less than 1 year ago and before the publication of that video.
